I find it interesting and ironic that a company that provides identity protection services would have the HR/Payroll person holding personal phone conversations in a public space. While waiting for my fingerprinting, I overheard the employee to putting new employee info in the system for a new hire. I now have the full name, social security number, address, gross income, hired salary, and full bank account and routing # info for their new employee. Needless to say, if I were ever looking for a job or a company to provide identity protection services, this would not be it. More...

The lady at front desk today October 3rd around 2:20 pm was very rude, disrespectful toward elderly people. She didn’t have name tag on either. She is also very unprofessional in her work and had discriminated talk against us. We are respectful people and I see we should not deserve her attitude. Had a bad experience with them. My apartments hired their security team for the night time. Last night me and my boyfriend came home from a long day of work, we were so tired we shut our eyes for a second sitting in the car. a minute later this lady security officer named Diana comes banging on our window yelling “NO SLEEPING IN THE CAR”, we roll down the window say “Okay” and roll it back up, she walks away and then a couple seconds later comes back and starts harassing us and taking pictures of our car for no reason. I get out and I say “excuse me what are you doing?” and she starts running away. Later on I see the male officer who was with her and I asked for her name, he told us and apologized for her harassing us and explained that that was uncalled for what she did and said he will delete those pictures from her phone. We weren’t doing anything and she invaded our privacy for no reason. It’s so weird how some people get a drop of “power” and feel a sense of entitlement and feel the need to harass people for no reason. If this company hires security officers like this who make people feel uncomfortable like we did, I would suggest not doing business with them. Very unprofessional. More...
