erika was absolutely amazing! i was looking for a female 1:1 personal trainer & was so lucky to find her. ive always felt a bit confused/insecure at the gym and she helped me get past that hurdle. erika is extremely knowledgeable, encouraging and just honestly just fun to hang out with too! after three months i definitely am stronger and feel a difference in my body. i have recommended her to all my friends. her gym set up is perfect. parking is easy. you wont regret taking the leap into personal training! thank you erika!! Erica is a great personal trainer. So personable, patient, and committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals. She is very encouraging and ensures you are lifting with correct form. Erica is an amazing trainer — and honestly, my therapist in the gym! Our sessions are the highlight of my week. She creates such a comfortable, uplifting space where I can completely de-stress from my corporate work life and focus on feeling strong and grounded. I’ve been training with Erica for about a year now, and she continues to challenge me in the best ways. I love how she truly understands women’s needs and designs her programs to help us feel confident, capable, and in tune with our bodies. I was always intimidated by a gym, not knowing how to use the equipment. When I hired Erica from Thicc Mamis Fit Lab, her energy made me feel like I could be the confident person I know I am capable of and that I would actually hit my fit goals. What I didn't expect was to fall in love with my session and my body as it got stronger. She is unlike any other trainer, she empowers you to feel good about the process not just the end results. Her Fitness lab is such a vibe and I love that it's just for 1:1, no one else but us for the time I paid for. First and foremost I listen. This is about you! I implement a plan based on various factors that include current fitness level, lifestyle and goals.

Habit Formation, Mindset, Consistency and BALANCE. I eat pizza, Ice cream, cookies you name it! It's about balance and not deprivation, fueling your body with what it needs and still treating yourself.

Empowering others to feel and look their best! There is no better feeling then educating others to see Food and Exercise in a positive Mindspace, that BENEFITS them, not as an "obligation" I make this fun!

I was STUCK. Unhappy, not feeling like my best self about a year ago. I had a unhealthy relationship with Food and Exercise. I saw it as a constant cost-analysis. Restricting heavily then binging, then trying to "burn it off" at the gym. I was over it. I decided to make a change and take baby steps, over time. With the help of a Fitness Coach I was able to achieve and MAINTAIN my body! Not only do I have healthy associations with food, I Feel the best I have ever felt!

If you are looking for someone that has FIRST HAND experience with being stuck on that awful hamster wheel and not seeing results stick; and are looking for a long-term solution, I am your girl!
