I started working with Andrea at AC Fitness a little over 3 years ago. I cannot stress how much she has changed my life for the better. Before finding Andrea, I had gone to the gym maybe 4 times in my entire life. I knew I needed to start exercising, so on a whim I reached out to her. From the very start she has been so understanding and knows exactly how hard to push me. With previous back problems, she is constantly adjusting workouts depending on what can help me the most. Andrea at AC Fitness is great. She has an awesome personality and taught me the workouts I never knew I needed. As a woman who is very active, I often find it difficult to do more rote workouts but that is what is needed if you want to avoid bulking too much. Andrea made these "rote" workouts more exciting and well-paced and was always mindful of my capabilities. Definitely book with her. Andrea is AMAZING. I went to her bc I was worried about my form after herniating my disc along with wanting to be more toned and she went above and beyond. I’m just one month I saw wonderful results! She was always available over txt/call when you needed for random questions even about nutrition! She goes above and beyond for her clients, which you can really tell based off of the results! Personalized services is my key strategy, many big box personal trainers have a one size fits all approach to fitness. I believe that fitness is a progression the needs constant attention and monitoring as our bodies change and adapt to what we expose it to. As I design diets and exercise routines for my clients, I keep a close watch not only on their weight, measurements, and progress. I also focus on their mental well being and self confidence, as well as monitoring their recovery times. Most people are well within their natural abilities to be the best version of themselves, I am here to coach and push them to succeed!

There is no secret to " the body of your dreams" but a core Principle around Andrea Carvajal Fitness is the "PCP's" of Fitness "Persistence, Consistency, & Patience". Dream Bodies are not built overnight, they come with hard work, dedication, good coaching, strong habits, and focus. Everyone's path to success in life is a little different, I am here to help pave the road to achieving your goals!

There is no better feeling than waking up in the morning knowing that you are doing exactly what you should be doing in life! There is nothing more rewarding for me than seeing your clients reaching their fitness goals one at a time was we work towards the body and mind that they have always wanted.

In spirit I am an entrepreneur, my values in health and fitness to not align with the " binder training" associated with many of the big box gyms. My love and passion for helping people reaching their fitness goals continues to be my motivation as a female entrepreneur.

I am Fully engaged, dedicated and personally vested interest in my clients goals, I will stop at nothing to make sure that my clients succeed, and feel great about doing it!

I am currently able to provide both services, though I do prefer to have a portion of our training in person. Though during the times of covid19, I am also happy to do online only.

Online training has been the largest change, at back bay fit the facility is socially distanced an only open to trainers, which means there is typically no more than 5 trainers and 5 clients in the facility at one time.
We sanitize all surfaces after each use, and I maintain healthy mask wearing protocols during our session.

We succeed together with impactful, healthy lifestyle coaching, with indivdualized health and nutrition plans unique to your goals. Specializing in strength training, HIIT, & Tabata; weight loss, and muscle toning is just the beginning of the benefits that you will reap as we build self confidence and and the best version of you!
