No. The client needs to be met in person to ascertain the truthfulness and necessity f their request as well as the client needs to meet with the P.I. to make sure they are a legitimate and State Licensed Investigator with the proper credentials. Also, all cases are confidential and therefore information should not be shared on the internet.
