Great food, warm and efficient service and LIFESAVING flexibility. Â I live in LA and needed to book a caterer to take care of a combined party for my father's 95th and my niece's 21st birthday celebration. Â I called Dash, and they quickly and easily put together a menu that everyone loved. Â They brought everything, took care of everything, and made it SO easy. Â However, the truly remarkable thing is that I mixed up up the date - I booked it for Sunday rather than the Saturday of the event. Â We discovered this ON SATURDAY, only about 4 hours before they were supposed to show up (if it were Sunday...). Â Somehow, they managed to find staff for the event, prepare food, and even bake the two cakes that were not scheduled to be done until the next day - and be there on time, with no fuss, no stress and with everything perfect. We recently held an small event catered by A Dash of Salt~from the moment I called their office, to the end of the event when they pulled away, the experience was truly excellent. The food was fantastic, the staff was very professional and friendly. A Dash of Salt did everything they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it for the price quoted.
