Bethany was my tax resolution specialist and I used her in multiple capacities on both the State and Federal levels. Bethany was able to successfully negotiate a settlement with both the State and the IRS when business had taken a turn for the worse and my partners had quite literally left me holding the bag. In my most recent both impactful and emotional experience - the state of Tennessee was aggressively pursuing me personally for taxes I was not responsible for in succession. The bill was upwards of $40,000 and the state would not listen to reason. Bethany and her staff had to file, conference and legally defend me. I received a full abatement!
