I only do cardio here.  Stair master and treadmill.  Both machines are very nice.  Treadmill has nice TV to keep you occupied and if your not in the mood for music.  5 stair masters so that is nice and they're rarely full. People at front very nice when greeting. More...

really good location there's plenty of things around the plaza. The associates at the gym are nice and willing to help at everytime. the machines are kept clean especially the restrooms. The only thing is the steam room, it's not as hot as other locations. i tend to sweat quickly when i'm inside but in this location it takes a while. instead of hot it's pretty warm which sucks! other than that it's great. I went here yesterday night because I'm in town for 3 days and asked to pay for 3 daily passes . They guy behind the counter set me up and goes your all set . I say don't i have to pay and he said no i gave you a complimentary 3 day pass . I was not expecting that . I went to one in Georgia and was charged 10 a day . I like this location, it's spacious and have lots of machines you can use. When you walk in the door they greet you and once you leave they wish you have a great day. The gym is pretty big, complete with all the equiptment you need. The bathrooms are clean, and include a sauna. There are also tanning rooms and personal trainers available. I also like that the gym is open from 8am Monday to 10pm Friday. I got my membership a while ago, one for me and one for my 17 years old son.  After come back couples of months later, basically all staff was changed for good! Starting at the front desk, Staff Amanda was helpful by phone and more professional and kind in person.  Trainers and all the rest make the gym look even better. Finally and I mean finally something in Pembroke Pines that's not terrible finally.I went to work out with my sister at the YouFit Health Clubs in Pembroke Pines and I was impressed on how it was fucking huge and I mean really huge wow. Man OH Man! So I've always been a fan of 24 hour fitness because it's a big gym, there open 24 hours, have a pool and have a number of fitness classes. Anytime I saw a Youfit, Planet Fitness or Crunch I would just automatically think that they would not compare to the "bigger" gyms. How I have been soooo wrong.Please note that at the time I'm writing this that the gym has only been open for 3 months and is located where the old Ballys was in the plaza with Bahama Breeze in Pembroke Pines!Youfit is great, the first thing I took notice of was how clean and well laid out the place was (no weights all over the place, no paper towels and peoples gym bags) - this may be due to there rule of not allowing gym bags on the floor or the requirement of having a gym towel. There equipment is UP TO DATE (something that I cannot understand as to why the bigger gyms such as 24 hour fitness do not do, places such as 24 hour fitness tend to keep the same equipment for yearsssss but charge so much). There are individual TV's on all cardio equipment with a individual fan that you can turn off, low or high, also iPhone connectivity so that you can play your music or play videos through the equipment (today I used the netflix app and the video played on the TV - made the time go fast as I was running)! Very impressed!I have never had to wait for a machine so the availability is great. They currently have a number of classes such as Zumba with Cycling soon to come (the room is already set with the bikes). A kids zone is currently in construction. They have a sauna but it's currently closed and should be opened soon as well! No pool unfortunately.A wonderful factor about this location is that they are open 24/7 from 5am Monday - 10pm Friday --- Take that 24 hr fitness! I believe this is the only Youfit location in South Fl with such hours!Pricing - you can pay $10 a month and I believe it increases to $15 after the first year. I opted for the $20 package... Why? Because you get to access there other gyms, you can ALWAYS bring in a guest for free, half off anytime you purchase a beverage and you are able to take the classes at no additional cost. Please note that in addition to your monthly fee, they do charge an "annual fee" of $39 (apparently it goes to up keeping the gym - this is the only thing I do not like so far).My recommendation, if your near a Youfit gym give them a try because you might just like it! YOUFIT has opened, where Bally's used to be. Located in the shopping center where Rooms to Go is along with Kirkland's, you can't miss it. By now you should know it's $10 a month, but that can change so make sure you check the pricing at youfit.com Anyways, this gym gets four stars because it's clean, it's huge.. wait for it.. wait for it.. They offer Classes! Yay! Zumba, Turbo Kick, Kickboxing, Step and soon Spinning! WOOT WOOT!! So far that is Fab to say the least.  I'm hoping they fix the sauna and open up the daycare a.s.a.p then it's would be ideal.  Check it out, it's a Win-Win. More...
