I had a great experience with Two Men and a Truck Pasadena. I called for a quote a few weeks ago, Planning to move my apartment items into storage while I go on a 1+ year international assignment for work. They gave me an excellent quote for the combination of moving services and storage, which meant I only had to be present until my items were loaded into the truck and they handled it from there. What a terrific experience it was using Two Men And A Truck. I'm told that next to death and divorce, moving is the most stressful life changing event. This company and it's amazing people made it almost a breeze. It was not only a great value, but the superb office, moving and field staff made it as enjoyable and easy a process as was possible. Two men and a truck FAR EXCEEDED our expectations. I had been in contact with several moving companies to find out what services and prices they offered. When I spoke with Ed from Two Men and a Truck, he offered to come out and personally look at my inventory to determine whether I needed one or two trucks (this is something that no other company offered to do and was going to send one truck based on my inventory). He was very honest and upfront about pricing, services, etc. and explained the process. I explained to Ed that I was a bit skeptical as I had read some of their reviews online (most being back east) and being that this was my 1st time moving, I wanted to make sure this move was as smooth as possible. He assured me that I would be taken care of and offered to send me 2 trucks and 4 guys just to be on the safe side. I decided to book them and started to pack my belongings myself. Throughout the packing process, Ed would call me and ask if I needed boxes, bubble wrap, tape, etc. to be delivered and was always asking about my progress, even offering to send packers to come help me. The day of the move came and I was sent Robert, Cody, Anthony and Jose. These guys were amazing!!!! The moment they arrived, they stepped off the truck and came up and introduced themselves to my husband and I and shook our hands. I didn't expect them to be so polite since it was 7am and they were in for a long day with my move. Before they began, they asked if they could walk the house and double check how packed we were and what we were actually taking and before I knew it, my house was empty. I was expecting it to take about 6 hours to load but these guys did it in under 4 hours!!! They worked so fast that it was actually too fast and I became worried because we didn't have our keys to our new home yet. When we arrived at the location, we ended up having to wait for 3 hours because our keys weren't ready. This was beyond the movers fault but they waited patiently for us. Ed was calling me to check on the status and was mentioning that he was concerned that we were paying for them to basically just sit, but I opted to continue to keep them since I thought we were getting the keys any second. I received another call from Ed around 430 pm saying that he thought it was best that they park the trucks in storage and continue the move the next day as the DOT had specific regulations of how many hours their drivers could work. While I was bummed that this had to happen, and again, it was circumstances beyond any of our control at this point, I appreciated that Ed cared about his employees and also was able to safely store our belongings over night. The next day came and I received a call checking to make sure that we had received our keys and informing us that our movers were on our way. Pablo M, Cody, Jesus and Pablo Z arrived, greeted us, looked at the layout of the house and immediately got to work, just like the team the day before. They unloaded both trucks in 1.5 hours. I couldn't believe it. This included taking my boxes to the appropriate rooms (including upstairs), putting my beds and frames back together, taking my washer and dryer and dressers upstairs and even reassembling my fridge. I was expecting at least another 4 hours but was shocked that everything happened so fast. Once they finished, they asked us to take a look in the trucks to make sure they were empty before they drove off.
Two men and a truck definitely took care of us. Not only were they considerate of our belongings but also our time. The constant theme I heard and felt from both Ed and both teams was "the longer it takes, the more expensive it is for you". I truly felt that you all worked so hard to not only get us in our new home but also to help us save money while doing it. That says a lot about the integrity of this company and their employees. The movers could easily stall and rack up more time to get more money, but this was far from our experience on both days. Thank you Ed for keeping your word, being honest and making sure we were taken care of. Thank you Robert, Cody, Anthony, Jose, Jesus, Pablo M and Pablo Z for taking care and safeguarding our belongings and thank you for doing it with a smile. Would gladly use Two Men and A Truck for our next move. Ashley, who gave me my quote was super helpful and communicative, and the two movers that they sent were respectful of our stuff and our time. Unfortunately, some circumstances led them to postpone our move from Saturday, which was relatively inconvenient, but they at least were able to discount our rate. I also think our mover had a long day, because he over-charged us on their double drive-time policy.After making the company aware of the inconvenience of postponing the move and of the over-charge, they swiftly corrected the error and even gave me another discount on the move! To me, that shows how much they really care about their customers, and that's why I would highly recommend them for your move! More...

If you are moving you should definitely check out Two Men and a Truck. They were courteous from the first phone call to the final goodbye. They quoted me a fair price and moved me to my new location across several states within a 24 hr period. Not a single item was damaged and only my items were on the truck. Would definitely use 2 men and a truck again. Very reliable, friendly. They called and checked in to make sure everything was smooth and done well, which it was.
Shane Cody and hunter were very effective, fast, and made sure to take care of all of our furniture.
Only negative was When wanting to confirm, we had to call and leave two messages, then we tried to call again the next day and they answered and confirmed.
This is a franchise so each location is independently owned and operated but seems like that doesn't matter as service was great at both locations we called.

Was also nice that they gave you a Quote up front instead of having to come to your house and count things like a lot of other movers.

Haden & Charles, out of the Irwindale office, are second to none. They were totally professional and cared about my belongings -- even the small stuff! We had a great time -- something I doubt is often said about moving. When it's time to move out of storage and into the new home in August I'd love for them to move me again. I was SO impress with 2 Men and a Truck!! Prior to the move they were so detail oriented making sure I knew the whole process and answered all my questions--thank you Jonathan. The day before I moved they called to confirm and made sure all my questions were addressed and informed me they would arrive between 10am-11am. The day of the move they called at 9:50am to say they were going to be late and would arrive 10:10-10:15--OMG who does this!!!--I was SO impressed and they WERE there at 10:10am. During the move, I was called to make sure all was going well. My movers, Pablo and Jesus were AMAZING!!! They were so nice and did a great job wrapping/handling my furniture. Had another moving company that was going to move me and they messed up the dates. I called the local office in Irwindale,CA and spoke with Jonathan and he said they would be able to move me on Sunday( I spoke with him on Friday morning). Called him back later that day with questions very helpful. The movers were on time and had me moved out and in my new home with in 5 hours. The guys(Pablo, Ivan and Anthony) were friendly nice and very considerate and very helpful in placing things were i wanted them.
