Titanz is a solid gym with equipment for serious and casual workouts with 24/7 access, and convenient to my house. Their prior location was half as far from my house, but it's still probably the best gym for my needs within miles of Smyrna / Mableton. I've been a member for around 7 years. They have plenty of free weights, weight machines, and cardio equipment. Many of the members seem to be into competitive bodybuilding, but that doesn't mean there's a judgy/"meathead" culture. It means that they have bumper plates, a power cage, lifting platforms, and nobody's getting mad if you have to dump the bar on a bad rep. It does mean that you're going to occasionally find it strange that the group fitness room is being used for somebody's fitness photo shoot. It's not a problem.This is a great gym to get in, get a workout in (usually free weights for me, but the heavy bags and sparring gloves have been a recent addition), and get out. The 24-hour keycard access helps tremendously.I'm not there to work with a personal trainer, and their staff is super-chill and hasn't tried to pitch me on a program in basically forever and I can't opine on those services. I'm not a Group Class person, so if that's your thing, I can't help you with an opinion either. More...

Titans K9 is the real deal! Dan is incredibly professional, patient, and a talented dog trainer. He works with the family just as much as the dog. Training sessions with Titanz K9 are very informative and the maintenance plan to keep our dog on track is easy. Great place to get your workout in if your serious about your fitness! Titanz gym is "No Nonsense" iron pumping, body building, fitness fanatic workout center. The building is set in the back of an industrial park. There's no whirlpool or bubbling fountains. There's no basketball court, day spa where you can get your nails done, no large play area for children or other amenities like that. Dan is the best trainer! We met him for a consultation a few months ago and knew right away we wanted to work with him/ wanted him to work with us. He is a super down to earth guy and we knew right away he knows what he is talking about. He is a big guy with a big heart for doggies. The way he interacted with us and our pup, was the reason we chose him right away (and the positive reviews.) It’s very clear he doesn’t “need” to be training dogs because it seems his gym is doing very well, it was obvious that he does this because he loves it. We bought 10 sessions with Dan and we have never looked back. He trained Atlas AND us! Atlas is now such a good boy and we get compliments everywhere we go on how well trained he is! Good gym to me. The staff always say hi to me when I come in. I'm not hardcore like a lot of the guys in the gym but they're all pretty friendly and not "cocky" like another reviewer said. In terms of membership...Sonya, who signed me up, answered my questions clearly and is always nice to me. Daniel and team are truly the dog whisperers of Georgia!!!! My fiance and I picked up Coco and Sadie Monday, and instantly saw the growth and change in their behavior. Titanz's basic obedience training is phenomenal and TRULY WORKS! I love walking and practicing all the commands my pups learned. What was great about Sadie and Coco's 30 day stay, were the updates, photos, and videos Daniel and team uploaded and shared. We never felt disconnected from this process. Im so glad Google didn't fail my fiance and I when we were searching for a great dog trainer, that truly KNOWS and is passionate about their craft. Daniel was so great with my dog. He treated her as if she was one of his own. We got plenty of updates during the time she was boarding/training with him, and clear instructions on how to proceed on the day I picked her up. Also received a follow up phone call after she had been home about a day to see how things were going with her. He’s always available to take questions and was so easy to work with. I’m pretty sure my dog misses him, they connected immediately from the first evaluation. Great low key gym. This place has every type of weight lifting machine and equipment you can imagine. My wife and I just signed up last week and have gone everyday since. So far we are happy with our decision. Keeping it 100% there are a lot of fit people who attend this gym. Many of them compete professionally. Some may find this intimidating but for us it is definitely motivation. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised that the gym has a dry sauna in locker rooms. More...

Just picked up my baby girl, Medusa, from her 3 week boarding with Daniel. Medusa is a super energetic, slightly timid one year old Cane Corso/Pitbull mix. Basically a Big baby who was eager to please but, in her own time. She also loves to eat and it showed. (Vet said she needed to lose 10-15 pounds). After 3 weeks with Daniel, she now follows all of her on leash commands, several off leash commands, is much more confident, and she also lost 13 pounds! I am so thankful to Daniel and his family for welcoming my girl into his home, loving on her, and making her part of the family. Great staff, super clean, tons of heavy weights. Go here, it's full of hard working people and is perfect for a beginner or someone who has been working out their whole life. They have classes and trainers that look to be very knowledgeable. Open 24/7 for very reasonable prices, I can't give enough positive feedback. Shannon and Daniel are both amazing at what they do! Their love and passion for dogs is so genuine and obvious. It's hard to send your fur baby off for a month but I knew she was in great hands, was having a blast and learning from the best. It has been so great knowing we can take Xena anywhere we want and not worry if she will listen to us. Having a very hyper and high energy large breed dog requires being in control no matter the environment and they have helped accomplish that. We have enjoyed walks daily on the silver comet trail and are excited to continue with her skills she learned.
