What do you love most about your job?
Helping others realize that when you take time for yourself to find out what your mind, body, and spirit really need/want, the world will open up in incredible ways. Helping individuals learn how to take care of themselves to be the best version they have to offer, it’s amazing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A lack of education in mind/body connection. What we take in has an enormous impact on our output- physically and emotionally.
