Great food and service
I love the food here. They are rather small but food is dynamite! You should try when you are in Plymouth.

Fun place near the water. Very eclectic menu; the cod was spectacular!
Loved sitting in the patio. Service was great and the food was unique. We had the plantain jerk chicken sandwich and banana wings. Both freaking amazing. The Roxy's hot sauce was so good I bought a bottle More...
Atmosphere on a Sunday, clean, soft lighting, colorful, music not to loud to visit, excellent! Service, very knowledgable to make solid recomendations on everything from drinks, starters to entree. Also on it! Drinks never empty. $$$, reasonable for the area, good quality for quantity compared to other restraunts in the area. Menu had a little something for everyone especially if you are out to try new flavors and combos (very fresh). The specialty drinks were mixed perfectly. Had: Pain Killer (drink) and Rum flight. Conch cakes and fresh shucked clams with homade cocktail sauce (Appetizers) Mahi fish tacos, crab cake bowl (best value cakes option) didn't have room for dessert but wish I did. I will return. Very interesting menu with some genuine Caribbean dishes, different. A nice change. I should deduct a star for the hard no-cushion chairs and the dirty upholstery on the patio sofa, but I really appreciate authentic, different food, so...five stars.
Ok, so we have never been here because we're big Cabby Shack fans, so when we are in the area, we're usually there (travel for a living, so only here for 6 weeks per year). However, one day I wanted something different, so I tried this place. Went back right away with my BF. I really like this place. Sat at the bar both times. The bartender is cool. Really like that guy. We got the Crab Bisque. It has great flavor. Very lobster bisque, sub the shellfish. The BF doesn't like lobster (I know, what a freak), but he wanted to try the bisque since it was crab, not lobster. The taste was good, but I wish there was more crab. No crab flavor, no lump crab, but good bisque flavor. We also ordered the Grilled Oyster special. Those things were AWESOME! Little lemon and their house made hot sauce (I like the tall skinny bottle best), and we're golden! The banana wings were cooked well, but just something in the spicing I didn't like. I'm not a fan of Allspice, so it may have been that. Not bad, just not my jam. We also got the crab cakes. These arrive and they look small, compared to other crab cakes around, but I have to say they are fat and FULL of crab. ZERO filler here. The crunch on the outside is perfect and their sauces are awesome! Again, homemade hot sauces on these! Finally, we had the Mofongo. This. This is why we came, and we didn't even know it. The shrimp were perfectly cooked and huge and the sauce was great, but this dish is allll about the plantain hash! Holy hanna! That was EPIC! I would have eaten a whole other plate of just that. Get this dish. Period.I've seen other reviews that they've had issues with the service and some with the food. I've been here twice and everyone has been friendly, and the food has been on point. Just my 2 cents! More...
All around good
Initially I was a bit disappointed, the menu had changed. That changed quickly when my meal was brought out! Absolute deliciousness! Bravo!
Outstanding Diners Drive Ins & Dives stop. Grilled Calamari, Plantain Chicken Sandwich and Key Lime in a jar.
The food was delicious!
Awesome jamaican food!! Guy Fieri was right!!
Great food, atmosphere, and drinks. Don't forget your dessert too
Delicious food & drinks!!
Fun, dog friendly restaurant, especially if you are a real rum fan. They have about 40 varieties.
Definitely a unique restaraunt! Tasty crab cakes, as well as cornbread. The food was good, and the outdoor seating was perfect. The only downside was our server, who paid very little attention to us and didn't share the specials, nor did she refill our waters. More...
We were in there on probably the hottest day of the year and my god was it comfortably hot. If you want something different try blue eyed crab very tasty food.
The best sushi with their special rice and green beans. Everything cooked in front of you, bartender made the best bloody Mary ( I was walking). All the people working here are happy, nice, and professional. Food is always great. More...
Great location with view of the harbor when sitting outside. Food was delicious with a good variety to choose from.
Blue Eyed Crab is definitely one of the best restaurants on Plymouth harbor. Definitely not ordinary. Great food and creative drinks.
Great food! Complex dishes executed perfectly
Fun place. Menu is now tough to navigate (you'll find out). Cool drink and beer menu
We sampled some appetizers on our visit. Everything we had was delicious!
New favorite place in Plymouth. Great beer, nice mixed drinks, and the food is amazing and the portions are not crazy big.
Enjoyed a great meal!
Excellent food, clean and fresh.
Very interesting menu.Crab cakes are the best I have had. Nice spot
Food was really good. Made to order. Scallops were on point. Service was friendly. Nice view of the harbor from both the deck and inside.
delicious & good price
Excellent crab bisque and the hibiscus Margarita was delicious plus they give you a nice loaf of fresh baked cornbread
Nice waterfront location with dog friendly outdoor patio. Eclectic island flavors (Cuba, Jamaica, Bahamas) with large selection of rums. Wait staff excels. Very fun on a nice day. More...
It has some amazing crab cakes and the burgers are super juicy!!! Must try it!!!
Food is flavorful, not crazy about the new calamari dish though. Wish it was still fried - my server seemed to agree too. Odd menu layouts. Good stuff tho!
Took awhile for the food to come but the Steak Salad was excellent.
Enjoying lunch here with excellent service, delicious food and amazing drinks ... Mai tai and hibiscus bubbly marguerite .
Food was delicious! The seating indoors could have been more comfortable.
New menu but always an interesting array of choices
Great atmosphere and awesome bloody Mary's!
Great food and location
This was my third time here, once when they first opened then a year ago, now today. Food was delicious every time. Fresh seafood with a Caribbean flavor. It was dead when I first arrived but filled up quickly. More...
Great food and drinks. Lobster roll to die for.
Outta the box delicious
I was at a nearby convention and ran over to get some lunch. Decided to order something I've never heard of. Actually, pretty much everything there I'd never heard of. Now that I think about it, it was my first time in a Caribbean/ Cuban type restaurant. It was some delicious pork dish. After the first bite I was like well I'm definitely coming to this place again. Only complaint would be a pet peeve of mine is when the server sets down water with a lemon in it. Excuse me but please don't push a beverage trend on me without asking me if I want it first. Also, sliced fruit at restaurants are totally disgusting and unsanitary. That's actually according to the Center for Disease Control as well as my own opinion so... I don't believe in sending back food either because people can be really immature. As it was, the waitress got a little snippy with my friend when she asked her to clarify something on the menu. But overall I really liked the place and the cornbread was delicious too. More...
Great rum selection!
Great little place with delicious food. I've never eaten inside but have spent many an afternoon sitting on the deck people watching while sipping on a delicious sea foam margarita and snacking on appetizers or a meal. They have great food and service. A must visit for locals and tourists alike. More...
If you're missing your home or tropical vacation ,this place is a must ! the drinks, the food ,the friendly staff will take you back to the Islands, sit outside you'll feel the salt air also. I haven't been ,but I think they have brunch on Sundays. More...
Great atmosphere, yummy beer, everyone’s food was delicious! My husband had the wings, great flavor, and the clam chowder. Out of four places in cape cod, this was his favorite chowder. My son got the cod kids meal, super yummy fat fries. My other son got a burger and I had the cuban. I really wanted to try the jerk chickens on a bun. The beers was super yummy, I had clown shoes pale ale and a mayflower ipa super local down the road. Both were amazing! More...
Good food, will go again
What a fantastic place to eat. Everything was so fresh and tasty. I guess it would have to be good if they we're featured on triple D.
Nothing better then a fun atmosphere and good staff enjoying their job.
Rather amazing. Also check out the photos on the walls. Makes it worth the trip.
Great drinks friendly folks
Best brunch around!
Great run selection on top of great food. Outdoor seating during the warm months is a plus. Lots of things to choose from in the menu, kid friendly and a fun place to go. Lots of things to do after dinner. The list of speciality cocktails will make a great addition to dinner. More...
The Blue Eyed Crab is a must try if you're visiting Plymouth. Also if you live in the area. If you like Seafood and Caribbean food you will fall in love with this place. Blue Eyed Crab is one of my favorite restaurants around. Place rules, food is always delicious. Just watching the food being put out for the servers to come pick up makes my mouth water every time. Just the presentation of each and every dish is beautiful in its own way and makes my taste buds tingle. The crab does it right. Check them out. More...
Great brunch, I kinda wish their regular menu would have been available at 1pm. But I did enjoy the brunch.
The food was great. Instead of a meal we had 3 appetizers and a couple of their signature drinks. Mine was a lemonade mix that was very good. My friend had one of their Bloody Mary and she said it had a lot of horse radish and it was perfect and it was garnished with a large shrimp. We had coconut scallops, fried calamari and tuna. My friend said her tuna was great. There was a great mound of the scallops and they were piping hot and wonderful. The calamari were also grood, fried and hot and not chewy. I would definitely go back. More...
Great fish and chips
Love the open kitchen. It is amazing to watch the chefs work there magic. Food is delicious.
The food and service was very good. There is pay parking available. They don't serve a full meal until after 5.
Le lobster très bon
Food and Drinks delicious everytime!!
Real good food. Original menu
Really crazy good!!! Oysters on the half shell with a twist- wow! Their pre-meal homemade cornbread and chilled butter---oooh! That's what it tasted like in childhood! Stop me from eating it all. The plantain sandwich doused in their own mango salsa... Really unusual. good. Lobster roll.. Perfection.Rum cake... Well... Not what I got from the islands. Good yes. But. (But maybe people aren't sober by that point and it doesn't matter ). Loved this place! More...
Good food, great service!
Really good food, drinks looked fun, also! Their lobster roll is a monster!
Great spot to grab a bite and drinks. Great food - friendly staff. Really great place for seafood and to try one of their many yummy drink specials.
An amazing place to eat in plymouth. It has a wonderfully laid back atmosphere that is perfectly complimented by a breathtaking view of the harbor from the outdoor dining area. Delicious food with layers of flavor that melt in your mouth. The fish and chips and the crab cakes are outstanding. And if you are a rum enthusiast, you would be hard pressed to find a larger selection of quality rums. They offer flights of rum for those who have trouble settling for just one. Overall its the perfect combination of amazing atmosphere and delectable food. More...
Coconut Scallops excellent, and the Home made Sweet and Sour Hot Sauce....very good.
Go to place for fresh seafood and tasty dishes!
We grabbed lunch here and it was great. I know I had some soup and it was delicious. I also had an oyster (first time ever, not sure what the big deal is but it was tasty), but I can't for the life of me remember what I ate for lunch. I know it was good and most likely seafood or at least seafood-themed, but the specifics escape me. More...
Best restaurant near the waterfront by far. Guy Fieri wasn't wrong.
Lobster roll is amazing but very expensive.
I usually go here for lunch when in Plymouth. Good food and crab cakes are great.
Love the food
Great food, drinks and very friendly service. I would go back without a 2nd thought.
I have never had a thing here that wasn't amazing.
Been a while since I had a lobster roll. Glad I ordered it.
Had the seafood stew. It was fantastic. Chorizo, shrimp, clams, salmon, swordfish, calamari in a flavorful tomato based soup, a little be of spice, but not too much. All of it tender- not over cooked. Oh and sweet potato chunks mixed in. The wait staff/bartender was great. I got no complaints. More...

The restaurant feels very small and cozy. The bright colors and good music make the average wait more comfortable. The menu has a large enough variety that my food-particular girlfriend and I both found something delicious. The wait staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was excellent. I had $1 raw oysters and a seared yellowfin special and my girlfriend had a cup of clam chowder and a chicken sandwich. SO GOOD! 100% chance I'm coming back! More...

One of my favorite spots in Plymouth.
VERY Impressed with the staff at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the cooks all seem to have a really good groove and keep it moving and food is ready quickly. Hummingbird cocktail is also highly recommended! More...
The swordfish lettuce wrap salad was amazing, and once again the hamburger was killer, the gouda cheese is the key, this is the best tasting burger in America's hometown
Awesome rum bar and good food too. Try the kill Kai rum.
Pretty good. Delicious drinks
My go-to for consistent great food. I live locally and avoid busy times because it's very noisey when totally full. Onbe od Plymouth's best. Skip lobster roll and go for the more interesting offerings. Great cocktails too. More...
Absolute must experience !! Every single thing on menu is a battle to choose from. Laid back neighborhood Dyner atmosphere
Wonderful food and atmosphere! The drinks are delicious, and the food is unique and tasty.

Amazing food & atmosphere!!
So good, crab cakes are the best! Also Roxy's hot sauce
Food is awesome and very friendly service!!!
Love this place!!!! Always awesome.
Heard from several locals to check out Blue Eyed Caribbean Grill. Great location, right by the water, with a deck overlooking the harbor. Fresh seafood, both on the menu and daily specials. Delicious and unique cocktails should be ordered. Try the Punch, with guava and rum. We enjoyed the shrimp and lobster creole, pork and guava arancini, a warm lobster roll and lobster bisque with lots of lobster. A fun place, with a good view. More...
Absolutley the best food in plymouth, the calamari is a must try!!!

Excellent food, carribean flavors in a casual atmosphere!
Great food.... awesome location friendly greeting....generic service everything kinda went South from there...jibarito plantain sandwich. ..asked if they were tostones or sweet plantains...she insisted they were sweet plantains....only reason i ordered it ...comes out...they were tostones...not a deal breaker but a bit disappointed ..know your stuff or at least find out....tostones aren't sweet...she never really checked back on us and like I said the service was generic. Scallops awesome...ribs delicious...crabcake app outstanding...special salmon salad delicious....Cuban was lackluster and the fish and chips should of been called batter and fries...awful...sorry..I would avoid it...but overall the location and majority of food made up for it's shortcomings and I would go back for sure...thanks for the friendly greeting More...
Excellent food and service. Always love coming here. The fried plantains are amazing.
Good food. Good prices. Banana garlic chicken wings were amazing! Drinks werent super strong but we're not watered down either. All together a very good dining experience. The inside was small and did feel crowded but the outside was very nice. It was a cool night and they offered us blankets if we wanted them. We felt very welcomed and very well taken care of More...

Great little spot on the water front! Perfect for small groups (2-4). Awesome drink menu! Limit options for vegetarians. One of my favorite spots downtown.
Great food. Loved the grilled oysters. The steamers were good too.
Biting the Bullet
Great food and great staff!
Exciting atmosphere and excellent summer location with Caribbean vibes. The food was great (Caribbean themed), I had grilled swordfish with a mango salsa. Delicious food that isn't so heavy that I feel sick after eating it. Staff seemed friendly too. Good selection of rum if you like rum. They make their own hot sauce and salad dressing too. I went on a Sunday and Plymouth still makes you pay for parking, not that it's break the bank...still dumb though! More...
Pearl cilantro margarita and a soft shell crab sandwich. Excellent!
I love this place. Steak is top notch in the area. Great rum selection. And solid regional draft list.Slight update, still amazjng. This guy knows how to cook fish properly More...
Awesome place for good food in the waterfront area. They also sell hot sauce if you are into that kind of thing .
Amazing service and amazing drinks! You have to try the pineapple pickle back shot! It is sooooo yummy! The Hummingbird is great too. It's very girlie in just the right way. Tony is a great bartender. The fish fry is very good too. It is crispy and slightly sweet like coconut. More...
Lovely ambiance to this place, with a cute and colourful sea theme. The food was excellent and the service warm and friendly!
Loved this place! Ask for the items seen on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives you won't be disappointed. Great atmosphere and outdoor seating with water views.
Our attempt to visit local places outside of tourist season. Food specials were quite intersting and we both chose different fish options. Cooked perfectly. Seating is tight and window tables were reserved but no one used them in our 1.5 hour or so stay. Specials are worth checking out in this popular cozy waterfront restaurant. Pricey but a nice change from the usual. More...
Decently nice place, fairly good food though my lobster roll tasted a little strange. Nice staff. A little expensive.
Refined and gourmet dishes in a fun and casual atmosphere. You can tell the seafood is fresh as can be. Love their creativity and many times have had a meal that I couldn't envision based off menu description, but was just perfectly executed.
Good seafood and service. Great atmosphere.
Great food and service it's a small venue that gets busy if you're too broke to go or too busy to wait try the dollar menu drive thru . l see lots of non food related haters but its easily one of the best restaurants in town also try 42 degrees north , kkaties burgers , east bay , driftwoods and waterfront cafe also Flynns at exit 2 for best burgers on south Shore More...
Simply GOOD! At the waterfront but not one of the typical tourist restaurants. In fact this place has a lot of character with its mix of Caribbean and NE cuisine. Probably the best steamers I've ever had. The Hummingbird cocktail was fantastic (all of the crafted cocktails looked great!). Enjoy! Signed, the Picky Wanderer. More...
My wife, 4yr old and myself visited on a cool NE day. Although we live only 30 min away, and visit Plymouth often, we had never visited this restaurant. Another reviewer is correct, not a traditional NE restaurant / clam shack. Im glad it is not. The ambience, service and food was excellent. The decor and twist on NE favorites took you to the Caribbean. The quality, freshness and originality of the dishes are outstanding. We highly recommend this restaurant with one comment. The lack of booth seating made it somewhat challenging for our 4yr old. More...
Tried Blue-Eyed Crab for the first time last night. It was well worth it! Tried an app of the banana garlic wings and they were to die for! My steak was cooked to perfection, as well as my boyfriends salmon, including all the sides! Atmosphere was fun and friendly! Worth every penny and we will definitely be back! More...
Consistent, focused and fresh .
Delicious drinks! Awesome apps! Great upbeat atmosphere with sweet tunes!
Fun atmosphere, variety of delicious savory dishes. I had the pecan encrusted flounder, oysters and key lime pie in a jar. My husband had Grilled Garlic Lime N.Y. Sirloin and Maine crab cakes. We loved every dish, each was seasoned and cooked perfectly! We had the Mango MaiTai and Lime and Coconut they were devine. More...
The food is really good. However, lunch portions are tiny, and all sides are extra 6$ (even fries)
Pretty good food, but some prices are too high. The salmon was amazing, clam chowder was delicious, crab cakes were decent but too expensive for two tiny bites (10$). Good service.
This place is top 5 evah ! The wings and chowdah were awesome. Lobster Shrimp penne was OUT OF BOUNDS !!!! The wasabi tuna special equally good. The staff from front door to bus, and wait staff were tremendous . 5 stars. Triple D delivers again. More...
This is a hidden gem. Cozy outdoor dining as well as a fun atmosphere inside. The chef's homemade vinaigrettes are out of this world. You'll feel like you've been transported to a crab shack in Jamaica. More...
The crab cakes are delicious. The real thing. The perfect place for lunch.
The food is good, but if you're looking for authentic New England dishes, this is not the place; it is Caribbean themed. Place is very busy usually, so make a reservation. Service was good, but as it is usually very busy, don't expect it to be particularly fast. More...
Loved the Experince there! All the food there is unbelievable. If you are a seafood lover, the coconut bay scallops are the best appetizer you can get there, followed close by their crab cakes. If you get the chance definitely take a seat at the bar. You can watch the cooks do their work in the kitchen while enjoying a freshly muddled, freshly made cocktail. My favorite drink there has to be the hibiscus margarita. All the bartenders are so polite and fun. If you get the chance ask for Sarah, she is the best! More...
Such a great place. Have eaten here many times and its always the best food, service and experience.
Just came to add to the gushing reviews, and confirm the coconut scallop appetizer is AMAZING. If it were physically possible to east these all day I would. The staff and service were good. The kitchen clearly has a passion for food and it shows. I will be missing this place for weeks when I return home. More...
Excellent food, fun atmosphere! Excellent execution of Caribbean style and flavors. Crab bisque (or is it chowder?) is to die for! Perfect for date night, dinner / lunch with friends, ladies night out... The drink menu is interesting, but the actual drinks are mediocre and expensive for the area (stick to beer and wine). More...

Definitely highly recommended. A really cute, homey little place with delicious local seafood. Very well prepared... a little on the rich side (both the food & price) but well worth it.
One of the best meals of my life! The chef is amazing and the food is incredible! Walking into it, you have no idea of the talent that occurs behind the kitchen door, but when you try the food your tastebuds sing!!
