Encapsulation is a carpet cleaning process of enclosing the dirt into a crystallized chemical. The carpet is pre-sprayed with a solution containing polymers and then a (CRB)Counter Rotating Brush machine is used to agitate the dirt to the top of the carpet. The dirt and the solution then dry into a crystallized state, then we will vacuum the dirt from the carpet. This method is also known as (VLM)Very Low-Moisture carpet cleaning. The normal drying time is 1 hour.

Hot water is mixed with a cleaning solution that is pressurized and pumped into the carpet to break up the dirt. The suction from our high power machine removes the soil and the majority of the water by wet vacuuming. Also known as steam carpet cleaning. The normal drying time is 12 hours.

Routine cleaning service is an assigned periodically clean of a facility or floors. Which is deemed by a service agreement. Service agreements can be 12-months, 6-months, quarterly, etc. From there it is broke down by the frequency per month: once or twice a month, once a week, five days a week, etc. Every plan is customized to the client.

Strip and wax is the process of removing old wax and soil from the floors using a chemical(stripper) with an orbital buffer to break-up the old wax. Once all the old wax is liquidized it is removed by wet vacuuming. Then multiple coats of wax are applied to the floor to restore that luster shine.

Spray buff is a maintenance routine process done to clean and revive a like-new look to the floors. Spray buff extends the life of the wax on the floors. The liquid spray buff is applied to the floor with an orbital buffer to remove minor scuffs and scratches. This routine process is done weekly, monthly, or quarterly depending on traffic in the facility

Residential cleaning is mostly a deep clean or move-out clean of a home or apartment.

ost construction cleanup is the process of getting a newly constructed facility move-in ready. Post-construction is a three-step process:

1. Rough Clean: During this initial phase we remove and clean all construction debris including dust, caulking, paint overspray, and adhesives. Windows, sliding glass doors and glass partitions are all thoroughly cleaned.

2. Final Clean: This phase begins with a repeat of the all-glass cleaning followed by an in-depth cleaning of all interior surfaces. At the completion of this phase, space is usually considered move-in ready. Areas to be detailed will consist of:

·Cabinetry: each cabinet will be cleaned inside and out with a microfiber rag and a neutral cleaner and the tops will be vacuumed to remove any accumulated dust or debris

·Bathrooms: all bathrooms are cleaned from top to bottom including floors, fixtures, tubs, showers, counters, mirrors, and any wall tile.

·Baseboards and Floors: Every baseboard and floor is detailed with the utmost care. We take every type of flooring into consideration when we choose a cleaning medium to ensure that no damage is caused.

3. Touch-Up Clean:  A week or so after the dust settles, we go back in and wipe down all horizontal surfaces to assure that all dust and debris are taken care of. We also remove any smudges and fingerprints that have accumulated on glass surfaces.

These 3 phases will settle all your worries and assure that your newly constructed space is move-in ready.

Day-porter services is normally an add-on service to a big routine cleaning account. One or more janitors from the cleaning company that serves the facility will clean during open hours.
