The front staff were friendly and helpful. In fact there was a young lady who arrived but had not known to complete the online profile beforehand. The staff provided her a laptop to complete it and proceed with the appointment. Great customer service!! I was seen by Dr. Johnson who was professional and caring. Lets start with the positive, Dr. walker is amazing!! Through a healthy pregnancy to a miscarriage I always felt supported and heard. And the assistants/nurses were also amazing through both experiences. The not so great. The front desk staff are a hit or miss. Some visits they treat me decent other visits I feel like I am intruding on a personal get together. They act like they are at home having a nice visit with each other, instead of staying focused and professional. Once you get past the front desk staff my experience has been absolutely amazing! I was referred by my pcp for guidance regarding HRT. After reading some to the reviews I was somewhat concerned. My appointment was June 15th with Dr Henegen. I found the reception staff friendly and efficient. I was seen on time. The nurse was friendly and let me know that the Dr was reviewing my history. He arrived in just a few minutes and our discussion was on point and informative. I was very pleased with the care I received. The only drawback was the extensive medical history which was required, but at least it was an online process you can do at home. More...

Love this place. I've been seeing Kendra Hanson for many years now (even moved to more than twice the distance away, and happily make the drive), and couldn't say better things about her. Kind, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. The facility itself is always clean and well-kept, with a comfortable waiting room, not that I've ever had to wait long. I've been seeing Dr Johnson for nearly 10 years now. In that time, I've never had a negative experience with her or any of the staff. Always kind, friendly, and helpful. I've been a patient since 2001 of Dr. Dickason's wonderful ob-gyn. I have had several problems in the past and have had very good results. Ultra sound person very nice and explained the procedure as she was doing it. Love Jenny one of the receptionist up front. Very respectful and courteous. I have no idea why the rating for SSWC is so low. I am currently going through my first pregnancy which makes me nervous and excited at the same time. They have about 6 different doctors here so I'm sure that if you're not comfortable with whoever your doctor is, then it would be easy to switch.My doctor is Dr. Johnson. She is very kind and gives you a lot of great information. She's very open to any questions you might have.The billing staff is great. They actually took the time to consult with me about what my estimated portion would be. The lab tech is also amazing! I'm such a needle phob, but she does a great job making sure that I barely feel the poke. I'm looking forward to continuing my care with SSWC and will likely be back with future pregnancies. More...

I see Dr. Walker and she is awesome. Best OB I have had. She is very caring, takes the time to listen to your concerns and answer all of your questions. I have never felt rushed by her. I have seen her for 2 pregnancies, one resulting in the birth of our daughter- although, she was not the one who delivered my baby, she was out of the office that day, and I was disappointed that I had seen her for 40 weeks, and the most important day she wasn't able to be there -not her fault though. Dr. Dickason performed that C-section. And during my most recent pregnancy even though it ended in miscarriage, she was empathetic to what we were going through, explained everything very thoroughly and was very, very caring. I've seen both Dr. Johnson and Kendra here, and I really like both of them. They are both great listeners, have a ton of empathy, and have never let me down. I had to have a non-pregnancy related ultrasound here a while back, and the technician - her name was Henry if I am not mistaken - was WONDERFUL and kept me laughing the entire time. I have found both the nursing staff and office staff to be very responsive to phone message and rx requests. I switched to this clinic after a bad experience with Olympia Obstetrics & Gynecology, and I wish I had done it sooner. I have been seeing Dr. Walker for about three years now. I am in my second pregnancy since I started seeing her. She is AMAZING! Best OB I have ever had, hands down. She is very caring, compassionate, and attentive. She listens to all of your concerns, and helps in any way she can. I started seeing her at the beginning of my last pregnancy because SSWC is the only office nearby that allows VBAC's. I am so glad I did! My last delivery went flawlessly under Dr.Walker's care, and I'm sure this one will as well. I have recommended her before, and will continue to! If you're looking for a new OB, and want an incredible doctor, you've found her!!I can't speak to the manner of any of the other doctors there, as I have only seen Dr. Walker and Dr. Henegan (Twice, only briefly, not enough to form much of an opinion other than he was nice enough). I have never had an issue with any of the nurses or front desk staff. They are always polite and helpful. They know who I am as soon as I walk in. Their sonographer, Shawn, is excellent. I have been a patient at SSWC for 15 + years and am a Patient of Dr Johnson's, She is truly an amazing dr. Great bedside manner, always so careing and friendly. She delivered my daughter 3 years ago and made the experience a good one, she was wonderful with me through out my pregnancy and answered any silly questions I had. I have had some health issues and she has been amazing at treating me and doing tests, and really shiws concern and passion for her patients. The office staff is wonderful too, Jenny and Danita are always so welcoming and friendly when I go in for visits. If Im having health concerns they are both are really great at getting me in to be seen. The communication with officew to patient is really great as well. I recommend them to anyone who asks.
