If it weren't for Del Taco, Rosita's would be my first favorite place to eat in Barstow. Family owned, family friendly and family focused menu items. Good, good, people. Yummy food.

Long time family favorite parents had there reception in the back when I was a little kid where there's now a bar & nightclub on the weekends place is huge always been family owned & operated also besides huge dining room & a romantic red room with bar also there amongst all other things. Salsas & chips are great there.

You don't know me, so when I say that this place has the best chips I've ever eaten, that doesn't mean anything to you. But it should. I'm a chip connoisseur - a crunch hunter. The service was great and the rest of my food was very good as well, but those chips! Attached is a photo of the empty bowl of chips, because I couldn't stop eating them. I also asked for chips to go and I'm going to write them into my will because they are far better than any of my future children are likely to turn out. More...

The complete lack of windows can make this place look a little off putting from outside. The dated hacienda decor inside - and the lack of customers on a Wednesday night - didn't really reassure me either. But do you know what, the food hit the spot.
