Great for personal training. Small, boutique style, most people are only in there during personal training sessions. Irene is great, she does person training and works on nutrition.
The trainers at this gym are the best in the city and surrounding area. I've trained at several gyms and what stands out to me is the kind of personal attention and dedication that the clients receive. Each trainer is solely focused on helping their client attain the healthiest body and mind possible with a personalized regime, tailored to fit the exact needs and situation for the client. I started training at first with Jason Gor, one of the owners, and he is the one who truly inspired me and helped me keep coming back, instilling both confidence and strength into my mental and physical health. Without Jason, I honestly don't know where I would be today. For the past year I've been working with Derek Coker, who is an extrordinarily talented and devoted trainer. His background in nursing and martial arts contributes to the overall knowledge and function of the human body, and he brings all of this to each workout with me. The results I've been seeing are spectacular, and while technically I've done the work myself, it's Derek that has given me the confidence and knowledge about the human body and how it functions. Every single trainer I've observed at Raise The Bar is dedicated to their clients, friendly, tough, and encouraging. You can't ask for a better dynamic or gym (clean, organized, with tons of options) and everybody has flourished here! More...

Great gym. Good trainers. Clean facility. Boxing classes with Eric is the best. Cycling classes have an awesome sound system.
My wife and I train have been training with Jason for about 3 months now and the results are clear. The sessions are fun, engaging, and informative. The facility is clean and well-equipped. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and plans his workouts based on your current fitness level. My wife and I find it difficult to step into a local gym and work out, but we found ourselves excited for the next Raise the Bar session. I highly recommend. More...
I have been coming to Raise the Bar Fitness for a few years now and it has been an absolutely life- changing experience. I have worked with Jason during my personal sessions, and have also taken boot camps from a couple different trainers. I used to find it rather intimidating to go to the gym, but Raise the Bar has never made me feel this way, and has even helped boost my confidence when working out elsewhere. During both one- on- one sessions and boot camps, the trainers have always been very attentive and do their best to seek out what is best for each individual. The staff is also extremely friendly, welcoming, and quick to engage in conversations with everyone, whether you are their client or not. The facilities are also very well- kept and thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis, and there is always an ample supply of fresh towels. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to join Raise the Bar Fitness and am very happy with everything they have done to help me reach my personal goals. More...
I've been working out with Jason at RTB for almost 4 years now and it's been life changing, exciting, motivating and fun! I appreciate that he took an individual approach to my workout needs and goals and have helped me build strength, work around injuries and improve my balance and form which have spilled over into real life and helped me in the workplace and when out enjoying sports or leisure activities . The gym is always super clean, with great music and friendly, non-intimidating people around. Oh and I especially like the motivating quotes changed daily. "Attitude determines Altitude." More...
