Overall everything was good. Good themes, good service. Only a few problems with the theme I purchased, although they were with the variations and I used the default so it didn't affect me at all, but anyone else might want to ask about that. Sometimes getting ahold of customer service is difficult. The chat can take a long time, and when you're in email correspondence it can be the case where you can only communicate one email per day because of the time difference. That can be frustrating when you're trying to do some custom work on the theme like I was, but overall their service was amazing and everything I asked for they did with no problems at all.
