Quality, price, speed & attention to detail. I had a decent-sized installation done and they charged a very reasonable installation fee - especially compared to other services in the area. The trees were installed in a few days, and the crew cleaned up impeccably. IN fact, there was a bird's nest in one of the shrubs being replaced. Yanni replaced it with such care that the mother cardinal returned and a little bird hatched a few days after the installation. That was the icing on the cake and speaks to the quality of care and attention to detail that this shop provides. We have just had the most amazing experience with Pia and her Glass House. We celebrated our daughter´s Bat Mitzvah this past week there and we cannot thank you enough Pia for all of your help to make the night an event to remember. Pia personally came to the venue the day before to help us with the set up (moving furniture, hanging decorations, fielding suggestions). She even stayed after we had left that day to make sure the final touches on the hanging globes were perfect. Everything we asked her for was provided. Her service was impeccable.This is a small family owned venue and we could really see that Pia cared about how our event was going to turn out. We cannot thank her enough. The ambiance, especially at nighttime, all lit up and with multiple fire pits around the entrance, truly made my daughter feel very special....and that was the most important measure of all.Thank you Pia. We had two trees planted and they are gorgeous. I had the shop choose them for me and deliver and they sent me pics and they were perfect! I also planted two boxwoods in pots from here myself and they have been very happy. The owners and staff have been very helpful and knowledgable. We will be doing more business with Pots and Plants. What a great experience! Pots and plants has been a great place to find all of our outdoor and indoor plants and products and even have special ordered some things we needed at our house that we couldn't find anywhere else. The owners are always very helpful and it always seems like we see new things every time we stop in. Super cute, cozy, and fun place to shop and talk about ideas for our next project.
