I love the the opportunity to work with individuals from different industries, sizes of companies, and create positive change that is used to for good. People are amazing and it is really rewarding to see people grow and achieve more than they know possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a teacher at heart. I thoroughly enjoy partnering with my clients to identify pain points and provide solutions. I started working with small and medium size business owners and preparing business plans, strategic plans, document their processes from onboarding, training programs, and building positive company culture. I helped them reframe organizational thinking where problems provided an opportunity to bring positive change and growth.
