Clean and new van w lots of seating. Driver was friendly, prompt and in good spirits. When we went 15 minutes over our allotted time due to a quick liquor stop on our way home, they didn't charge us for an extra hour. Highly recommend.

We had an awesome day with Bryan as our driver! He took us to three wineries, one of which was a last minute change, and Bryan had no problem with that. He was super friendly, and was very outgoing and sociable with our group, which made it a lot of fun. The woman I spoke with on the phone a few days prior to our trip was so friendly and easy to work with. Some friends and I used Norm's Transportation this weekend to take a brewery/distillery tour. We started with a pick up at Devil s Backbone campground and toured many of the local options. We started out by taking a trip to Starbucks and then proceeded to our winery choices. The Denali was wonderful, spacious and extremely clean. Our experience with Norm's was awesome! We called and Heather made everything easy. Booking was painless and our transportation was confirmed quickly! She was prompt at picking us up at our scheduled time and the car (a snazzy Denali) was spotless. I had a great experience with Norm's! Sandra was our driver for a girl's day touring wineries, and she was great! Sandra was very accommodating and made it clear that she was there to drive us where we wanted to go, no matter our itinerary. The only reason I take away one star is due to the management, or lack thereof. I tried a few times to contact Norm's a week prior to our scheduled tour to find out about any recommended itinerary. I had a few wineries listed that I wanted to go to, but it would have been nice to have some guidance and recommendation based on location and time allotted. It clearly all worked out great though, and would absolutely use Norm's again! Just know that planning ahead is a necessity for a wine/beer tour. More...

We used Norm's Executive Transportation this past weekend to travel to the breweries in and around Charlottesville.  Norm's sent our driver Kyle in a clean large Suburban.  Kyle was amazing - very professional, took photos for us, was fun to talk to, and was a safe driver.  He arrived early, and we communicated via text when we were getting ready to head to the next location.  I highly recommend Norm's (and Kyle) for anyone looking for brewery/winery transportation around Charlottesville.  We can't wait to return and will definitely use Norm's again! We had a delightful winery/brewery tour with Norm's Executive Transportation.  The driver, Kyle, was awesome. It was a snowy day but he handled it very well. Kyle was very professional and accommodating; we were able to be flexible with our stops. I heartily recommend using Norm's if you have a party that wants to go wine tasting. It takes all the stress out of it; no worrying about designated drivers etc. Norm recommended beginning our trip at Greenwood Gourmet Grocery and taking lunch to King Family Vineyard and that worked out perfectly. Great service. We used Norm's for a Monticello region wine tour with 6 girlfriends. They were very accommodating in the itinerary. Our driver, Mike, was a true southern gentlemen. I haven't been answered, "Yes Maam", so pleasantly before. Mike new the area well and had great suggestions on the best route to capitalize on our 5 hour window. I can't say enough great things about Norm's Transportation services. We booked them for a bachelorette party wine tasting day and could not have been more pleased. From the moment I contacted their office, they provided above and beyond service, from recommendations of wineries and breweries (we had never been to the area, so this was wonderful), scheduling, etc., and their pricing were very reasonable. I spoke with Heather to book the Van, and she also was our driver. She was professional, helpful and friendly. She opened the doors for us at every stop, had the air conditioning running, and answered any questions we had about the area, wines, etc. Also, the van was clean and in great condition. Absolutely every part of this experience was amazing. Heather was wonderful in helping me set up a winery and brewery tour. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Jessica was our driver and was just as fantastic. She was friendly and on time. She was always ready immediately to grab us as soon as we walked out. I seriously cannot say enough good things. Perfect day could not have asked for more! We got the car service for 6 hours for a bachelorette party. Norm was so sweet and helpful. We ended up adding an extra hour and he did not mind at all. He was happy to take pictures and wait everywhere we went. Some places were 2 hours and some were 30 minutes and he was there as soon as we got out of the wineries. I have no hesitation in recommending Norm's Transportation. They sent an email quote back promptly and answered all of my questions regarding their services. On the appointed day/night, they showed up right on time. We had them drive us round trip from Nellysford to Charlottesville...well worth it so we could share a bottle of wine at dinner and not worry about driving on dark and unfamiliar roads. While researching my options for a vineyard tour for my sister's bachelorette party, I reached out to Norm's Transportation for a quote. Heather promptly responded with a reasonable quote and then helped me figure out customized options based on our ever-changing group size that still fit within my budget. Norm's Transportation provided top notch service! We were lucky enough to have Norm as our chauffeur for the day and he was awesome! Funny, polite, down-to-earth, and was reliable, safe, and punctual- which was critical since we had a packed agenda! He really made the day extra special for us and we didn't have to worry about a thing! Even the scheduling process with Heather was excellent. Having never done this before I had no idea which wineries were close enough to visit in the time allotted, and how much time to spend at each place.
