Mind Above, PLLC (Professional Limited Liability Company) is an outpatient mental health therapy practice that was founded in 2019 by Jeremy Fusco, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Texas and a U.S. Air Force Veteran. Jeremy is a real caretaker. I have a small business and he curated his method of connection in a way that all of my students were able to take something valuable to help THEM serve their guests better. We are a barber academy, and service and connection are imperative to what we do. Jeremy was able to create a tool in where mental health can be a conversation without the barber overstepping boundaries. I recommend him 100% to any organization looking for the tools to refer those needing help. Aren’t we all? More...

Fusco brings a diverse background to the arena of mental health to include working with PTSD, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Military, Veterans, Mood, Distress, Adjustment, and more.

Fusco received his Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Southern California with a concentration in Mental Health and sub-concentration in Military and Veterans Services.

Theoretical approaches to providing care include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Eclectic Psychotherapy. Often times, clients benefit from a mixture of theoretical approaches to provide a customized therapy experience that best serves their needs.

Individual therapy, Telehealth (secure video sessions), Group, and Learning Engagements (Workplace Communication, Adaptive Thinking, Acceptance, Distress Tolerance, Anger Management, Self worth, Mindfulness, Self-care, Impostor Syndrome, etc) are available.

Fusco’s focus as a therapist is to shine a light on your path to healing since the journey is yours and you deserve the credit for your success. This is accomplished from approaching challenges with strengths-based perspectives to further increase each client’s resiliency and empowerment. Fusco takes pride in focusing on what's important to you, realistic, and the meaningful actions to achieve above expectations.
