How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Our clients follow our TBC30 Plan which is a 30-day diet & exercise strategy. The program is actually a book that can be found on Amazon (The TBC30 Plan: A 6-Step Diet & Activity Strategy for Life). We work on first addressing mindset and then perform a fitness assessment. A plan is then developed and customized to their needs and goals.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Honestly, dedication and work but it can be fun and educational.

What do you love most about your job?

One of the best things about working in the health & fitness industry for over the past 30-years is the ability to continually change lives!

What inspired you to start your own business?

After spending 5 years at a high end training facility and seeing the changes that my clients were making, I decided to venture out on my own.
