Order your Thanksgiving turkey and sides here! Every year we order a turkey and some sides through Maurices. The entire chain works like crazy this time of year preparing hundreds of ordered turkeys (you need to order in advance). Every year except the last, the turkey and sides were perfect. Since we never had a problem, last year when we picked it up, we didn't stop and verify that it was right - and for the first time it wasn't. When we realized this we called and called the store we ordered from to see if the problem could be rectified but they wouldn't answer the phone. It was very stressful as we were feeding a large group of family Thanksgiving dinner and we did not have time to defrost and cook a turkey last minute. Finally, in desperation, I called the West Columbia Maurice's. Even though this wasn't ordered from her store, and they had to be insanely busy too, Karen the GM made sure to get through to the other store and called us back to make sure the issue was resolved.
