I have got to give praise to this extremely professional company and their great technician, Arnie.  Our door quit working Thursday, as we were leaving town for a wedding.  Fast forward to Monday & a quick call to our home warranty company.  24 hours later, I had an appointment time window of 2-4 pm.  Legends confirmed my appointment time via email & text. I received a call from my technician, Arnie at 2:05, letting me know he'd be there within 15-20 minutes. I then received a 2nd confirmation text, along with Arnie's picture, so I'd have a comfort level of who I was letting in. I reached out on a limb and called Legends from an ad I saw on Facebook. I had already called and had 3 other companies who wanted to just sign me up for a new motor and new door without really looking deep into my garage door issue. Legends came out and really spent their time trying to fix the problem before sending me off with a $2,000 bill. They sent me a super knowledgeable tech by the name of Cory. Wow let me just tell you this guy know his stuff. The company sends you a text message with the tech's photo and an ETA of time when they are on their way. Everyone at the office was super helpful and exemplified great customer service. If you are tired of the high cost big corporate garage door companies do yourself a favor and call these guys. I contacted Legends Garage Doors based on previous reviews on Nextdoor.  They answered promptly at 7:00 AM and proceeded to give me a reasonable quote and time of Appt. Cory came out, the same day, on time, and was very pleasant and explained the entire process.  He was patient, and diligently completed the repairs (replacing springs) within 45 minutes. Update to previous review found below: A few months after the repair was done I decided to write the above review since I was dissatisfied with the previous outcome of my repair. Jon from Legends garage door reached out to us right away to see what they do could do to make things right. He was much more professional than the last customer service representative I dealt with and I now feel like I can recommend this company. It turned out the limiter on the door was bad at that time too and couldn't hold adjustment, so with lack of parts we needed a whole new opener installed. We had to pay another service call through the home warranty, but this is no fault of Legends. Everything is now working ok, so I have changed my review from 2 to 5 stars. Original review: Our garage door spring broke, so we put a submission through our home warranty and they dispatched Legends garage door. The technician was able to repair the door springs and fix a burnt out capacitor, but I noticed right after he left the door would slam the ground very hard when it closed, so forcefully that the belt would even slap the rail it is guided on. It did not do this before, and I can actually hear this loud bang and pinging noise from the opposite side of my house. I called Legends right away to see if they could come back out and look at it and they said I would have to have the home warranty company send them back out. Well the home warranty company said that since the door is opening and closing I would have to wait until the door was actually inoperable. Legends then told me that if they had to come back out to look at it I would have to pay another service call, so now because of their poor service I will have to pay out of my own pocket for another company to come adjust my door. We didn't actually use Legends to install the door, I did it myself, but they did deliver it from the Big Box store we ordered it from. I wasn't expecting that, but it was nice to have a real garage door company deliver it. Lots of bad reviews online about broken, dented, missing parts doors when ordering online, so I was a bit nervous on who Big Box would choose to deliver. But, everything arrived in good condition from these guys.They called to schedule, texted before as a reminder, even sent a photo of the guy who was coming, he was right on-time, polite and carried everything to the backyard for me. I was replacing an old original door that was broken and was pinched into place. I ended up ramming it out football dummy style to remove it, so I wasn't going to ask them to try to get the door in the garage.My co-worker says she always has them do the service on her door and she's always had good experiences with them, so I was glad to see they delivered everything. My first experience with them was through my home warranty company. I had an old draw bridge type garage door and a tension spring broke.
They came out, replaced both dprings and pointed out that the frame was being stressed by the door and recommended the door be replaced.
They quoted me a price for the FULL replacement, including replacing the frame and the price quoted was the price paid. No surprises, no hidden fees.
When thry installed the new door, it was done with professionalism and expertise. No mess. Awesome job.
But the thing that impressed me was their service after the sale.
I had a problem with the sensor wires that caused the door to malfunction and get damaged.
I called. Cory was at my house within 2 hours and fixed the wiring and straightened the door.
The section that was dented needed to be replaced and the section was ordered.
OUTSTANDING service after the sale. No hassles. I highly recommend them for all garage needs.

I had a contractor do some work on my home 5 years ago, at that time he contracted a Garage door installation with Legends. Recently my opener (the one that came with the house when I bought it 18 years ago) began having issues. The "moneymailer" came with multiple Garage door ads/specials on both doors and openers. Since Legends had installed the door in years past, I kind of wanted them to install the new opener as well just so there would be no chance of being told the door was the problem, and not the opener but I also wanted the deal the other vendor offered. I sent Legends an email on Sunday afternoon expecting a return call on Monday. Instead the call came within the hour. To my surprise they had no issue offering a comparable deal, and were able to schedule for Monday. I opted for Tuesday and Ernie just left. The appointment was to be between 3-5 PM, he arrived at 3:10 after an advanced notice phone call. He came prepared and was in/out in about an hour. The new opener is so quiet! Our home warranty company sent Legends to do needed repairs. From start to finish it was an A+ experience. The appointment was scheduled quickly and conveniently by phone. I was contacted the next day to ask if it was ok for the serviceman to arrive earlier. The serviceman called me when he was on his way, which was at the rescheduled time. He took the time to explain and show everything to us. He finished in the time indicated it would take.
