I came here with some friends as a quick stop on the long list of bars I was taken to for my birthday. I was pleasantly surprised to find that when you check in on yelp you get a free shot here - not that I needed it dealing with my friends and their need to buy me shots two at a time. After not having the best experience the first time my girlfriend and I tried out Le Caire Lounge, the manager reached out to me and assured me if we gave them another try, he would do everything in his power to make sure we were satisfied. This was such an awesome little spot we found while looking through spots around us. My boyfriend and I had 4 drinks total and shared a hookah. If you are here just for the hookah than this spot offered some of the best hookah flavor and pull I have had. Â The drinks I ordered there definitely tasted watered down don't know if this is a regular thing though. Â And the music was more of Middle Eastern descent which isn't a problem but switching it up would definitely help the vibe, when you get inside it's very clean and tidy. My sole purpose for a slow Friday night was to just grab a cocktail at a chill bar somewhere, and then head back I the hotel. I walked into Le Caire Lounge for the first time and was greeted with a smile by my bartender, Jerrmias, and ended up in great conversation until closing time at 4a. It was just what I needed. This place is one of the TOP hookah places in all of the 5 boroughs. I've been going here for a year now.#1 I've seen the staff change over a year but the QUALITY stays the same. Definitely top quality hookah which is the number 1 thing I look for in hookah. Hookah lasts long, and flavor is true.#2 the SERVICE is very attentive. No place is perfect but, they attend to your needs in a timely and pleasant manner. Staff is very friendly.#3 the OWNER is very approaching and helpful. He tries to meet whatever you ask of him although he has hired people to do so he makes sure they are always checking on customers & goes out of his way to do so himself. #4 MUSIC is very diverse. They play hip hop, r&b, Arab, French, Indian (Punjab, Desi), Hebrew etc. even if you request something they are willing to play it. This is one of the only places that I've been to that plays a little bit of everything and I love it.#5 They serve BEVERAGES, alcoholic & nonalcoholic which not a lot of places in Long Island serve alcohol.#6 hookah is reasonable PRICED, especially for the quality. Really impressed. Its a hidden gem, looks so simple on the outside but inside is packed with customer service that is out of this world. I cannot stress how great the customer service was, she made sure everything was ok she had so much patience i was overwhelmed because i havent seen customer service like this in a while.
