I will begin asking you about your goals and why these goals are important to you. Finding out this information would help me to get to know you better and determine what the emotional drive is for you to seek out help with your fitness goals. Determining the root of the reason how you reach this point in your life is the key to getting you to where you want to be. I want to provide you with a life long solution so that you can maintain the progress we make.

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is accepting that there is a problem with the way things are now and willing find a solution and work hard to apply the solution. That solution should contain nutritional changes and fitness changes that are realistic and attainable.

I love watching people grow and achieve things they thought were once too challenging or not possible. That moment when they have that relief of "Wow I did it", is the moment I enjoy most.

It is something that I have always wanted to do. I enjoy creating programs for people and watching them grow. I felt that I could not do what I do working under someone else. I want to be able to do thing my way on my terms.

You should choose to work with me because I will connect with you on an emotional level and push you past what is holding you back. I am patient and very determined to help you see you accomplish your goals, even when you may have given up. When you work with me you won't just get a coach, you will also gain a support system to help you during the program I have created for you and after. We are in this together.


NASM based fitness training with Coach Karlynn. I offer four different packages ranging from 1-12 months, with my 12 month package being the best value. I also off group packages because the journey to a better version of yourself is a hard one and it's awesome to go on that journey with someone else. We we would meet twice a week, once in person and once over the phone to check in. Our in person training would take place outdoors (weather permitting). I will design a program for you based on your goals and needs and help you to stay on track so that the progress we make is permanent.

Coach Karlynn provides one-on-one lessons for volleyball players looking to improve their skills on the court. Each lesson will consist of performance training (speed, agility, conditioning and strength) and skills training. You have the option of choosing 1, 3, 5 or 10, 1 hour lessons with me. There is also an option for group training for those that want to training with partner or a small group of teammates.
