KAOS Volleyball and Fitness Training provides personal fitness training and one on one volleyball coaching. For volleyball players, I, Coach Karlynn will you with performance training and skill work so that you can excel on the court at any playing level.
I will use my court and performance training knowledge to push you on and off the court. My volleyball performance training is based on NASM's OPT* model designed to make you faster, jump higher and hit harder, while also giving you the conditioning you need to prevent major injuries. It is important to me that I am able to reach as many of you as possible and make you the best volleyball player on the court. For those of you that are trying to improve yourself by losing weight, toning up or building muscle, I want to provide you with personal training that help achieve your goals and maintain the results to gain from my program. The fitness training like the volleyball performance training is based on NASM's OPT* model designed to help you build a solid foundation and build on that foundation to maintain the improvements.
