Helping small businesses grow and succeed to move founders to CEOs and teams from flailing to functioning.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am the Principal and Founder of ImpAcct, and worked as an auditor in Big 4 (at Deloitte and Touche) and as a corporate accountant in Fortune 500 (Ball Corporation). With my husband and father both being entrepreneurs, I found the large company environments to be full of learning experiences on how things "should be" done, and love to take this knowledge to small businesses that need that as well as someone who can be quick and flexible as well.
