Recently, I injured my knee doing box jumps and I was in terrible pain. I saw Kristi one day after the injury and because of the attention she gave my knee I woke up the next morning feeling great. I’ve been going to Healing Waters for a few years now and Kristi by far consistently gives the best massages. I have an old back injury that flares up now and again and whenever I feel a tightness beginning I schedule a massage and I’m able to keep the flare up at bay. I also schedule regularly just for relaxation and to relieve tightness and am always pleased! Before finding Kristi I would just schedule at one of the local day spas for a massage and sometimes I’d luck out and get a really good massage and sometimes it would be a so-so massage.
