Hello, my name is Shaun Ryan. I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer; I've trained numerous clients & celebrities for upcoming roles, photo-shoots, red carpet events; in short: to get them in the best shape of their lives. My forte is getting people lean, toned & balanced in the shortest healthy period of time. I believe that training needs to focus on long-term holistic health.

Shaun is a very knowledgeable trainer with a positive demeanor and great routines. He is also very familiar with nutrition and alternative medicine and trends. I highly recommend contacting Shaun before you decide on another LA trainer! More...

Shaun is an excellent trainer, I worked out with him for a while. After recently having a bad experience with another trainer (I was out of town and lost touch with Shaun so I started with another trainer) I truly appreciate how he is always on time (huge! Some trainers no show, or are always late!) , he is very professional and positive, in addition he is flexible and accommodating with his clients in scheduling and provides comprehensive and challenging workouts. He also provides you with a full work, I have recently had other trainers provide a quick few sets and call it done, not Shaun the workouts are always fully engaging and you feel like you really did something to better your body after each and every workout.Shaun, thank you for providing a great training experience during each and everyone of our sessions.Also if punctuality is important and scheduling, I can not remember even one instance where Shaun was even a minute late or had to reschedule, thank you Shaun! Shaun has quite literally changed my life. After working with him for about 6 months, I am in better shape than I've ever been in before. Working with him feels like a collaboration. I've never really liked going to the gym, either on my own or with other trainers--but I actually look forward to working out with Shaun.

He is intelligent and sincere and knows how to motivate you through being honest about what it takes to reach the goals you've set. No fake cheerleading. He understands diet extremely well (I've learned a ton from him) and focuses on healthy, clean eating. When I started following his recommendations, I lost 15 lbs while adding muscle at the same time. I feel so much better now!

Shaun is easygoing and serious at the same time--a rare balance. And genuinely kind. If you're ready to work hard, he knows how to take you right to your personal edge. With him as a coach, I've realized that I'm much more athletic than I thought I was and that I genuinely enjoy training. I'm very happy that I get to work with him.

I Love Shaun! He is an amazing trainer & person! I have worked with him for a couple of years now. We have a blast while he pushes me and pushes me towards better health,. not just physically, although that is his focus, but he seems to have excellent intuition and knowledge of the mind+body relationships. I especially like the fact that he is continuously educating himself and sharing the information and resources for me to investigate further if I choose to! I have never been more flexible (even as a high school and early college athlete) and I feel stronger (inside and out) than i can remember! do your whole-self a favor and call Shaun! More...

Shaun has been my personal trainer for almost four years and that's saying a lot. Prior to him, I went through several trainers over a period of years. Shaun is consistent (always there when he's supposed to be) and flexible with scheduling, which I appreciate a lot. He pushes me the right amount and varies the exercises so that it stays interesting. It's helped me stay in great shape. On top of that, Shaun is a good and considerate guy and his rates are reasonable.
I've referred two good friends to Shaun and they also continue to see him regularly.

This is great training in a terrific location.  Full spa amenities at an incredibly reasonable rate.  Shaun's a terrific trainer who can push you way beyond what you thought you could do.  He's a great motivator--friendly, fun, and personable.  Highly recommended! More...

Shaun is definitely one of the best trainers I've ever worked with. He works you hard, helps you focus on diet, is very personable but keeps you on track to meet your goals. He even had me focus on exercises that improved my posture & taught me how to run properly - yes there is a wrong way to run/jog. I'm 40 yrs old ad am proud to say that I am in the best shape of my life - from my core all the way out. And Shaun has been a major part of that journey. More...
