Green Frog does a fantastic job. I have been through many cleaning companies and had had to give a lot more coaching on what needs to be done, with which cleaners, etc. Not with Green Frog. They are consistent in their confirmation calls, keeping appointments, and their service never disappoints. Typically Mary Lou is our house cleaner. She is extremely thorough and thoughtful. We have been using green frog for a few months now. Our cleaner has always been on time. She cleans the few extras that I ask for- vacuuming the couch and cleaning hand and nose prints off the windows. Our house smells lightly fresh afterwards (no strong chemical or fragrance smell). Our hardwood and tile floors are always much cleaner than when we do them ourselves. The scheduling personnel have been very accommodating when I have needed to reschedule my. cleanings. Green Frog cleaners came to our home yesterday and did fabulous and very thorough and hard work cleaning our home! We needed a thorough and intensive Spring Cleaning and Mary Lou, Andrea and Alex delivered doing all I asked of them and more! Our floors, counters, walls and cabinets are now spotless, with a clean and shinny look we have not enjoyed in years. Mary Lou is very energetic, warm, friendly, articulate and easy to talk to. Green Frog cleaning has cleaned my house several times. The call center staff are very helpful, and took the time to explain the different cleaning options and prices to me. The cleaning technicians are always on time and the call center also calls to give a 5-10 heads up that the technician will be arriving shortly. I love coming home to a clean house after Green Frog has cleaned. In addition to having regular biweekly or monthly cleaning services, it’s nice to know I can call Green Frog to have my house cleaned with only a few days notice. My house really needed to be cleaned after I returned home from vacation and Green Frog was able to schedule a cleaning for the next day. More...

If any of you are looking for a house cleaner, I highly recommend Heidi of Green Frog Cleaning. She is very friendly and thorough.
She loves dogs, too (wasn’t afraid of my big dopey Doberman)! She takes her time and ensures that nothing is left undone, and I’m not lying when I say my house was sparkling when she was finished. I’m very pleased, and you will be too.
Green Frog as a company is absolutely wonderful as well. They were very accommodating in scheduling and I couldn’t be happier with the level of professionalism and courtesy that they’ve shown me from day one.

I've been using Green Frog Cleaning for quite some time now. The ladies are on time, friendly and professional. There have been a few times where they have missed an area but I'll point it out at my next cleaning and they're always great in making sure they get it done. They dont hesitate in asking me questions about something while they're cleaning if necessary. I love the orange smell in my house when they are done and its great to have that extra "deep" cleaning every month so that it makes my daily cleaning easier. I highly recommend them. On a side note - I made the mistake of having them clean the inside of my oven and I didn't notice anything until I went to cook dinner that night and my entire house reeked of bad oranges - horrible. Ha! Now when I want them to clean my oven I make sure to have them clean it without using that product. More...
