Just went and signed up for a membership today. First impression: the gym is much bigger than I expected and they really have a great selection of equipment. I went around 1 and it was not too crowded, so no fighting over machines since they have plenty! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a Planet Fitness membership and needed to switch things up so I can have more room for lifting and an area for HIIT (they have both). Group classes and tons of equipment for $20 a month. I love the friendly atmosphere. Great classes and personal trainers. I use Anthony as my trainer and he is awesome, I would recommend him to anyone looking for high intense or low beginner training. He pushes but understands your capabilities. His smart, he picks up on your boundaries to keep it safe and keeps you from getting hurt... however he works you hard enough that you will feel the burn and soreness ( it’s a good feeling) thanks Anthony!! You only get out what you put in. This fitness has everything you need to get fit. No one can do it for you. You really dont need a trainer you can google whatever fitness program that suits you there's alway someone there to spot/ assist you.
