Had a great experience with this company. I called a few places and they sounded the most knowledgeable. This was a very valuable purchase because everything that they did for me worked! I love it when you buy something and it's worth every penny. I never used a resume writing service before. I was very skeptical and thought it might be a waste of money. I called and they educated me on how companies hire today and the tech and systems they use. I found this company through an Indeed forum and have to say that I was very impressed! Their website was filled with many useful articles and I also saw that they had a free resume critique that many companies charged for. When I sent my resume for review, they had it completed within a day and it was very enlightening. There were many things I didn’t even consider. I’ve done A LOT of research on resumes and found so much contradictory information that was very frustrating. After reading some of the reviews and going through the free information available on this site, I decided to give them a try. I called and spoke with the owner who was very insightful about resumes and the job market overall and found that he was the one who was going to work on my resume. I received my resume a few days after completing a questionnaire and began immediately applying for jobs. I got 3 calls for interviews even though it was around the Christmas holiday. Phil was great! He really knows everything about resumes and the hiring process. My resume was 10 years old and I needed a new one. I understand that things change technically and what you did 10 years ago to get a job has totally changed. Things are more advanced and Phil was knowledgeable about how AI is involved in resumes.
