Love the fact that I can get fast and healthy food in the Scottsville Rd area. No more traveling out to gates, henrietta, or UofR area to get a quick bite! Everything tastes fresh. My favorite is the healthy trash plate with a burger option #2. Sweet potatoes have a nice savory flavor and coleslaw has just the right amount of dressing. Burger has a great seasoning too.The portions are smaller than other places, but leave me feeling filled and satisfied.I hope this place sticks around because they are doing something right. Tried one of their chicken, bacon, avocado healthy plates last night at the food truck rodeo. Hands down the best plate I have ever had, flavors are awesome and you can tell the ingredients are great quality(and I didn't feel guilty after eating it like other garbage plates lol) My friend and I plan on eating at the truck frequently to enjoy these now & the customer service is also fantastic, its awesome when you can tell someone likes their job and is being genuine. Best truck at the rodeo by far!

You know the food is good when there's a long moment of silence at the lunch table! Averaged less than $10 per person for lunch today. At first I thought my healthy trash plate looked small but I was absolutely full of delish food when I finished. The kids were nervous that all they would have to choose from were leaves and beans but they had meat and they both enjoyed their meals. The only thing lacking was flavor in the mac salad and I was staring into an open bathroom the whole time... both easy to fix ;)

I have dinned in, taken out, bought meals for the week and have had the pleasure of the food truck..... I have no complaints and the food is really good.
I continue to use the weekly meal service and I am a huge fan. Was on the project lean nation bandwagon and I am very happy I switched. The Effortlessly Healthy meals are by far superior in quality and taste. EF, is a little more pricey , but you get what you pay for.

I used their meal delivery service for the past 2 months now. My goal was to lose 15 lbs before fall and that was easily achieved with their help. The meals showed up on time and well prepared and they were delicious and filling! Ordering the food took some getting used to but it sure beat slaving in the kitchen with meal prep! Aside from their prepared meals they make a DYNAMITE trash plate that satisfied my horrible Rochester dark side craving without leaving me feeling like a slug after I ate it!
