What makes a great website?
Clean, professional design that is easy to navigate. Good functionality. Scalability and easy to use on mobile devices and tablets.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
When we first meet with a client about a new project, we want to know what their expectations are for the project so we can provide the outcome they are looking for. I would want to know specifics - input from them regarding brand, their audience and goals for the project.
Describe your creative process.
I meet with client - in person or on the phone - discuss project and objectives. Based on the input, timeline and budget, we provide rough samples. Once they've been received, we tweak and make a decision once client reviews - then move on to final. Client approves process every step of the way to ensure success.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Meet with the client to discuss the goals, expectations, budget and timeline.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to work with someone and create a desired result that also gets results.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Originally I saw a niche in our area for agency quality design that was cost effective. Since that time, we have morphed from strictly design, to marketing and pr strategy and implementation, while incorporating aspects of design into our projects.
