Loved dropping in this box! I do quite a bit of traveling for work... and this place had such a great community feel to it. CrossFit Ignite has an AWESOME coaching staff who made me feel so welcome when I walked in.If I lived closer this would definitely be my box without a doubt. Look no further. This is the place to be. I have been a member of CFI for several years and love the intense workouts, the instant comraderie and the excellent coaches. We have all levels of athletes here and our coaches always help modify the workouts to any level, so no need to be intimidated by anything. When I was pregnant with twins, I was able to continue working out into my third trimester, thanks to the care and guidance by this amazing coaching staff. I was looking for a place to work out while visiting the inlaws— and I found a home away from home. I love this place- well run, extremely welcoming, and very knowledgeable. Both Steve and KFJ took the time to work with me on a few lifting specifics throughout the week. The community here is super strong, and I’m jealous people get to work out in this environment regularly. I will absolutely be back when my travels bring me to this neck of the woods. The whole "Crossfit thing" was something completely new to me when I joined Ignite. I was a bit skeptical at first, but 1 1/2 years later I can honestly say it was one of my best decisions. I've learned so much since being here and have made incredible strides in my overall strength, fitness level and nutrition. All of the coaches are certified, knowledgeable and professional. They take the time and attention to detail to teach all of the movements properly so you don't get hurt. The workouts can be scaled to any level and the atmosphere is fun and supportive. When I first walked into crossfit ignite I had zero experience with crossfit but had tried many other gyms and workouts. I was so scared because it seemed so intense. But it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The coaches are amazing and make you feel so comfortable, teaching all the techniques with patience and genuinely care! My self esteem, physical and mental well being
is at its best. I have made some amazing relationships with the members and coaches and feel like ignite is my second home. My teenage daughter even attends at times and loves it. I recommend ignite to anyone who wants to really change their life as a whole, you will not be disappointed. More...

I joined Crossfit Ignite about 21/2 years ago and it was the best decision! Crossfit Ignite gives you the opportunity to be trained by people who are skilled in all the movements, but also care about each and everyone's individual goals and needs.
