I don't even know where to start.. 3 months in, i can definitely say that going to SpartanFit has been the most positive and transformative change i have made to my lifestyle. As someone who has put everything in my life ahead of my health, the people and environment at this gym has motivated and pushed me to become stronger and healthier than i have been in a long time!
