I provide individual and group therapy as a licensed psychologist to people 7 years to adults, using an eclectic mix of the treatments demonstrated by research to be effective. Plus I pride myself on being empathic and supportive. I see my clients as the experts on his or her own story, so it is a real collaboration between us. My specialized areas include depression, anxiety/stress, and trauma experiences. I have been involved in counseling and therapy since 2005, and moved to California from the Midwest about two years ago. I offer affordable prices, including a sliding fee scale, and will do in-home sessions if it is agreed that doing so can be done in a private and confidential manner.
