Dan and his crew did great stucco work on my chimney. From the minute we met for the estimate (he was on time) to the completion of the work, Dan was professional, helpful, and great to work with. Dan is a real "people person", and loves to get to know the customer and make sure he meets all your needs. He is a third generation owner, and runs his business based on the old traditions and work ethic passed down by his father and grandfather. My chimney looks like new. The crew kept the area neat and clean, and left things better than when they arrived. It is very rare these days to have work done on your home by a contractor as promised, on time, and done with the expertise and care of Carpino Contractors. I began an online search to obtain some professional opinions as well as estimates on either repairing or replacing a sinking 12 x 20 patio and a few other concrete repair projects I had to tackle on our property. When I first saw the website for Carpino Contractors, Inc. of Warminster I noted that it said the company was in its third generation since 1954 and that they do both commercial and residential work. That instinctively told me they must be doing things right. Dan Carpino was very personable and professional when he came out to look at the projects I wanted to have done. He didn’t rush and explained why the back patio needed to be ripped out and replaced. However, he told me that he could lift our two step curved front walkway and reinforce it with steel rods and packed concrete instead of replacing it. Within a couple days he submitted a very detailed estimate, evidence of liability insurance and his business license via email. His estimate was reasonable compared to the others I later obtained. Other companies just said they would have to replace the front steps which would be more costly.Dan and his crew arrived on the date and time promised to begin our project. He told me that the men on his crew have been with him for about 20 years and know what they're doing. They did a great job on the back patio and finished it with a decorative border groove. I strongly recommend Carpino Contractors for their high-quality workmanship at competitive prices. I highly recommend Carpino Contractors. I had a new patio installed and had a specific design in mind. Dan (the owner) worked with me to create exactly what I wanted. It is absolutely beautiful! He was very responsive every time he was contacted (by phone and email). He also provided recommendations when needed. His crew was very professional and they were done in the exact timeframe I was told. My husband originally contacted them during their busy season so there were a lot of jobs before us. I called Dan to get an estimate on the work I was looking to have done. The next day he was here and within two weeks the work was completed. We invited Carpino Contractors to give us an estimate to resurface two chimneys with stucco. Dan Carpino arrived on time for the estimate. Dan explained what work needed to be done on each of the two chimneys. In talking with Dan his professionalism and knowledge of the trade was extremely apparent. We contracted with Carpino Contractors to do the job. The crew, along with Dan, showed up on time ready to work. Even though the weather of one of the work days was less than ideal, the quality of their work and speed in which they completed the job was not compromised. Dan Carpino down the earth man a pleasure to work with , ripped up a slab in my house due to broken drain. Once plumber laid the pipe down came back when he said he would with his crew and poured new slab. Mr. Carpino and company did a concrete job for my brother - a rather difficult job in that they had to raise a Bilco assembly 4 inches. The workers were excellent, friendly, on time and worked diligently the entire day. The result of their work was outstanding - much better than my brother expected. Dan Carpino and his team removed & replaced my 35 foot long covered concrete porch on September 20 & 21, 2017. The original porch had a gaping crack where one side of the concrete pad had dropped near the front door. After inspection of the original porch. Dan provided me a prompt quote of a partial & complete replacement and steps to take to insure this would not happen again by using rebar drilled into the foundation and the addition of two expansion joints where there had been none, I opted for the complete replacement. The job was scheduled as we discussed and whenever I had questions if I could not get Dan live my calls or emails were promptly returned. The team was very careful with the surrounding landscape and removed and cleaned up all the debris. I have already recommended the company to a neighbor with a similar problem and getting a quote on some additional work for the Spring, a patio & sidewalk replacement. More...

I had a concrete patio problem, where the concrete was buckling my sliding door so much, that I could not exit my house. Dan Carpino was able to explain to me in laymen terms, as to what was going on and what needed to be done. He showed up when he said he would and stayed on site. They cleaned out the area and removed the debris, put a slight swell in the patio for the water to run off in the correct direction (which is not noticeable), and overall did a clean, professional job for what I considered to be a reasonable price.
