Due to a couple of accidents this past year, I obviously and unfortunately had to bring my vehicle in for repairs, so I know it can be frustrating just trying to find a good reputable repair shop.  If I were to compare the other local collision centers to this one over the last ten years, I'd say California Collision is tops!Now, I've gone to others like B&S and Cooks, but was never 100% satisfied.  I mean, when you get your car back, it'll never have that new feel again.  But when I got my car back from those guys, there was always something that just felt a bit off.  Whether if it was a hood not latching on properly, or a tube missing, or closing a door that doesn't sound right, yeah that's pretty much how I felt after bringing my vehicle to the others.  Twice I brought my vehicle here, and twice I was helped by Allison who made my frustrations and the inconvenience of this whole process "go away".  From initial inquiry to final presentation, she helped coordinate things with insurance, repairs, and follow ups.  I didn't think to write up a review, but when it came down to the very end when my truck was ready to get picked up, Allison showed me over one hundred pictures of my truck getting repaired and why the job took so long;  Parts that were removed and fixed, panels that were painted, etc.  I felt they wanted to make things right.  With my past experiences and dealing with their competitors, they just saw me as another number, did a quick fix, and let me go unsatisfied.  In short, with my second accident being worse than the first.  I came away from here searching for flaws in my truck within a few weeks, but didn't really didn't find any.  Now I'm not saying California Collision is perfect, but if your car is ever in need of good quailty repairs then I highly recommend these guys. California Collision fixed the front end of my 68 VW bay window bus. I am really happy with the outcome. I hope to have them do some more body work on my bus in the future. I went Cal. Col. for an estimate after my wife hit the side of the garage backing out my Lexus. Expecting $1000-1500 to repaint entire bumper, Ruben took it back and 10 minutes later it was like new. After a search on Yelp, I headed to California Collision and the reviews are spot on. I was greeted with a huge smile by my service adviser Allison P. Allison went out to the car, took some pictures and got me an estimate very quickly. She explained the entire estimate including the fact that the insurance company would have to review and approve and that once they got the bumper off, there could be more damage but they wouldn't know until that time. Allison also gave me a spot on estimate of the time it would take to get the car back - that is a pro. I made an appointment to get my car in for the work. While my car was there, Allison provided frequent updates via text and made sure that I knew where they were in the process. She handled everything including a supplemental claim due to a bumper cover that did not fit the way they wanted it to. When I went to pick up my car (exactly a week and half later as Allison had said), my car looked brand new both inside and out!This is an A+ establishment with quality results and amazing customer service. My experience with California Collision was simply amazing. My car got rear-ended when I was stopped at a traffic junction and dealing with insurance was such a nightmare but thankfully, a Yelp search led me to this awesome company. My service advisor was Allison P. She provided constant updates via email and made sure that everything was in order. She dealt with everything including the supplemental claim process. I was delighted when I collected my car, as it was detailed and looked better than when I first brought her in. The 2 bolts that were missing from my rear plate was also replaced for free, and was a pleasant surprise! The staff at CA Collision are friendly, fast and their quality of work is exceptional. Our vehicle was damaged in a hit and run and other shops quoted us 12 + days to repair the vehicle. Sean and George worked with our insurance to expedite the process and we were able to get our car repaired and back to us in less than 10 days. California Collison is excellent! My car was damaged due to a hit and run while my car was parked. This happened on a Friday. I spoke with George the owner on That Monday, dropped the car off on a Thursday and had the car back in a weeks time. The customer service, the time put into fixing my car and providing a good experience was top notch. This is the company to go to to have you car fixed. There are few other auto body shops in their neighborhood. I met one of those this afternoon for a really small body work for my Honda Accord, and that guy talked with an attitude. He was like pay a minimum of $X, I can't do it today and don't ask me questions or get bigger work done and pay even more. You feel like going to a different service shop.I drove further and came across California Collision. I had got some other auto body work done with them in the past and hence felt like checking with them once again today. The first thing is I try to explain the problem. Their reaction is OK, let me come and check what it is. With a smile and willingness to help. She walks to my car, checks the problem, drives the car herself to understand the problem, asks their mechanic to apply a quick fix, 10 minutes and done. Gives the key back to me. I ask the cost, and they charge me nothing. My review is not influenced by their not charging me anything but I am rather impressed by their willingness to help their customer, their smile on their face and of course the good work they did for me in a short time. You get the trust that they will do a good job for you. And from the price boards I saw at both the places, I can say that their prices are comparable but the attitude is a big difference.BTW, I am not a fabricated / bogus reviewer. BIG THANKS TO CALIFORNIA COLLISION! I could not be more happy with my experience with this shop. I received  wonderful customer service from the first time I came in with my damaged car, and then to the moment I got to drive away with my beautifully repaired vehicle. One of their employees in the front, Alison, was beyond helpful! Definitely go to this body shop if you need to get your car repaired. Last year my car hit a box on the highway and I came to California Collision for repair. Sean has done a great job and my car looked like a new car. This time my car's bottom missed a clip and I walked in asking Sean for help. Sean took 2 min to put a new clip on the bottom. California Collision delivered!!  We were hit, not hard but as you can see from the picture, it caused some damage.  CC was timely in their response & scheduling a time for us to come in, while it took their supplier a while to get the parts to them, once they did, California Collision reached out.  Not only did they deliver the car back to us, looking like new, but their communication & professionalism was on par the whole time.  Allison emailed us, almost daily, keeping us in the loop with what was going on (we never had to reach out & ask), she also responded quickly to any questions we may have had in regards to her email.  While the whole ordeal was rather inconvenient, California Collision made it convenient by calling Enterprise for us, having them come pick me up and then dropping the rental car off for me.While I hope we never have to use them again, we will if we have to!! This is by far the best collision company in the entire state of California. California Collision has personally fixed 3 of my cars.
