The folks at Asheville Fence did a great job. Their price was competitive, and they were prompt and courteous. They assigned a suitably-sized crew to the job, and finished quickly. So, I’ve never had any work done by this company, but I just wanted to give a shoutout to the guys who do the work! I was picking up pizzas the other day (for a huge group! ) and had my arms full! An Asheville Fence employee ran to the door and opened it for me - I was so grateful! I then made my way to my car, and was trying to figure out how to get my door open when another Asheville Fence employee asked if he could help me by opening the car door for me. We had an unusual shaped yard which took someone that knew how to build a fence with angles on the side of a mountain. The crew did an incredible job. They would measure more than once, used a string to make sure it was straight. Angled to follow the slope on mountain and custom built the three gates. They were hard workers never complaining about the challenges I threw at them. They even would pickup the pieces as they went so no debris in the yard at anytime!Not only did they do a superb job, they are friendly, courteous employees. The company kept me up to date on when they could start the job and when they would be arriving. This was important to me because I have four English Mastiff Rescue dogs which have some issues. I will definitely be recommending Asheville Fence to anyone whose looking for a good contractor that gets it done quick and done right. They do not cut corners or use cheap products. We could not be more pleased with our new fence and every interaction we have had with the wonderful folks at Asheville Fence. Austin, the Sales/Project Manager, was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. He understood that the fence was not only a "big" purchase for us, but one that would be in place for decades. Because of this, he took the time to consult with us more than once on the possible variations our fence line could take. Jeremiah, and his crew of Ricky and Colby, were also very pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable as well. I had an excellent experience with Asheville Fence from beginning to end. I got polite and helpful information from my first phone call. The man who came to look at my old fence came when promised and then sent a clear contract and cost statement. The workers who did the repair were hardworking and competent. When I asked them to move their truck and some equipment so that I could get out of my small street, they moved everything quickly and cheerfully.
