I started training with Anthony back in February and began seeing results within a few weeks. Not only is he knowledgable and able to answer any questions you have, but Anthony genuinely wants you to reach your goals and enjoy the process of doing so. He doesn't just give you a work out plan and tell you what to do; he helps you understand what your doing, why you're doing it and how it will benefit your body- I'm always learning something new which makes working out even more exciting. If I could give more stars, I would. I highly recommend Anthony to anyone who is interested in getting on the path to good health and fitness! More...

I'm so lucky that I met Anthony. After I had a baby I couldn't lose my weight for more than two years. After two weeks of training I lost 7% of fat! Anthony is very patient, intelligent and knowledgable. He has an app that gives you personalized macros and workouts. I had such a great experience with Anthony! He is so passionate about what he is doing! He is so educated and definitely knows what he is talking about. He is very helpful and ready to answer all your questions. I'm very satisfied with my results after the 1st month of training with Anthony: lost 8 pounds and 8% of body fat. Anthony is very knowledgeable. His rates are good. He is very positive, but firm on the changes that need to be made. He addresses fitness and especially diet. Would recommend strongly.
