Stay clear away from this poorly ran company. I scheduled services weeks in advance only for the cleaning team to not show up at the designated time. I received a call asking to reschedule for the next day, so I agreed. The next day comes and once again the team doesn't show but this time I didn't receive a call. I reached out to the administrative team to find out that she wants to reschedule for the following week because one of the ladies couldn't make it. The communication non existent and the customer service when I reach out myself is extremely unprofessional. There was no resolution to the issue at hand all she said was to reschedule because they are busy for the holidays. I'm not a last minute customer. They don't value their customers or time which is unfortunate because the one time the team actually did show up (unscheduled 4 times) they were great. I wish I had direct contact to the ladies that clean and hire them personally. Having to deal with this "administration team" and their lack of knowledge with customer service, scheduling, and satisfaction is nothing short of a nightmare. Needless to say I will NEVER use this company again and I would never recommend them, not even to an enemy. More...

Wouldn't recommend if you actually like your home cleaned. Showed up late. Didn't follow any instructions. Didn't make my bed. Didn't put up laundry which is an additional service but one I ordered. But They only had one bedroom, kitchen, and living room to clean and did a very poor job. Just didn't finish at all. A dirty pizza pan was just set on top of my toaster. No dishes were put up. Like I said the master bedroom bed wasn't even made up. Things were just stacked on my bar and dining room table. The attention to detail was awful. As you can tell from multiple reviews, I have use this company on and off for many years. Today Josie and diva were here and did an awesome job cleaning the house! Very kind, friendly, and extremely hard-working! If you have specific requests, or if you are picky… If you clearly tell the owner, Janine, what you would like the girls to clean… She will ensure that actually happens! In my opinion, when cleaners, arrive to the house, I tip them cash before they begin their work, in hopes, they will understand my appreciation and gratitude ahead of time, so they’ll go the extra effort! It works like a charm nearly every time! 🙌🏼💛

1.27.21- I use all “about home clean” every two weeks if I can manage it. I’ve been using the company for many years. They do an incredible job and I am very particular! All of the girls are good, though I like having a familiar girl regularly so I have Diane here as often as she’s available. Diane is trustworthy, kind and very hard-working. I have used other services in the past, only when I wasn’t able to get the exact appointment I needed, and I’m always sorry I bothered. Because “all about home clean” is very thorough in their regular clean. Even better, if you book ahead of time you can ask for extras… Cleaning out your pantry or doing all the woodwork (my favorite!!) for a very reasonable additional fee.

I posted this 2yrs ago but I am still using all about home cleaning and just had them here yesterday, 5/18/20. Thought I would update since Coronavirus has upended life as we know it! The girls arrived in masks and gloves. Very friendly & hard workers!

This is a great service for a reasonable price!!

I’ve been a client for many years! They arrive on time, every time. The girls work really hard & are always friendly, Which definitely counts for a great deal when they’re in your home.

If You’re anything like me You straighten up and get all the laundry done before they come so lots of dust get loose! When they are done the house really shines! Definitely well worth the price.

Amazing! After breaking my leg, cleaning my house became overwhelming. The "Dynamic Duo" carefully attacked my dust bunnies, carpet, and loaded bathroom & kitchen counters. They are welcome back anytime!

Just like other reviews I have since observed, this cleaning company is horrid. Some areas in my house weren’t swept, dusted, or even touched. I, too, noticed items missing in my house. Having gone through many cleaning companies, this company is unfaithful to their customers, and not trustworthy. It takes a lot of trust for many families including myself, to have random cleaning companies in their house, cleaning their house, their home, their safe haven, their temple. After on and off being with this company, I can say I will never use them again since the last 2 ladies they sent stole money from my sons room. Patricia is no help. Saying one of them is out of the country and the other doesn’t recall seeing money. As a business owner myself, you should have better customer service than this. I cannot believe how many times I’ve had to text and get left on read just for my sons 100$ bill that was stolen. Please beware of this company.
