We can't say enough good things about Michele and the work she does. She is SO experienced, knowledgeable and creative. She listened to our vision and then helped make it come to life. She is incredibly creative and resourceful and made specific flower/greenery suggestions that really brought our floral arrangements to the next level. Michele did a wonderful job with the flowers for my daughter's bat mitzvah celebration. She had great ideas & the table arrangements were absolutely beautiful! The flowers were fresh and have lasted more than a week in vases around my house. She was very easy to work with, returned emails and phone calls in a timely manner, set up/cleaned up the day of the event...no issues at all. Michele and Dave created a wedding bouquet for my daughter, Veronica. The bouquet was wrapped in the lace sleeve of my mother in law's wedding dress! Amazingly, the dress is 62 years old. What a great shop to work with!! Spoke with Michele the owner , who is delightful by the way, and requested a few arrangements for a family event on a Sun. I felt the pricing was fair and the flowers were beautiful. She delivered them to the restaurant the day of (to ensure freshness and handling ). Michele provided the most beautiful flower arrangements for our wedding. She made a bouquet for my wife and made other arrangements for the bridal and groom parties. She created unique centerpieces for all our tables with some of them involving arrangements with pumpkins and other natural elements since we had an October wedding. She and her staff came in early and set up all the arrangements before the events started. She has a pleasant personality and was affordable. I contacted the shop late in the day for a same day delivery. Two other local flower shops had told me I was too late to get an order out. Accents by Michele said "no problem", and was all business. I sent her a photo of what I had in mind and she put together a $100 arrangement and had it delivered in a flash. The recipient was delighted and sent me a photo. I needed a house warming gift in a hurry and went over to Accents by Michele which is in my area on West Chester Pike. I haven't been there before, so I didn't know what to expect. The store is warm and cozy with the light scent of flowers floating through the air, and there was a nice selection of house plants, cut flowers, and small gift items.The staff was as nice as could be in helping me choose a basket of houseplants customized to my comments about what I like and don't like. We used Accents by Michele this past weekend for our flowers for the church, bridal party and the reception which was held in Philadelphia. Michele was incredible to work with. She met with us several times to create the most gorgeous centerpieces. The reception room looked like a magazine it was so beautiful. We received a number of compliments about all of the flowers. She was very responsive to all my emails and always got back to me right away. We had about a 2 hour consultation in the beginning and then another meeting right before my wedding where she actually put together bouquets and centerpieces with the flowers I chose so I could see it in real life!
