I live 5,000 miles away in Worcestershire, England but have a female friend in woodland hills, california. After ordering a beautiful bouquet for her 89yr old mothers birthday, they were accidentaly delivered a couple of days early. I Phoned them from the UK to explain this, when they realsed what had happend, they without the slightest hesitation or question, sent a complimentary bouquet of the same cost and at their expence, as the original bouquet, on the day of her birthday . They were very apologetic but it was simply an error. The customer service was exemplary. Abbeys flowers will continue to have my patronage whenever i need to send flowers across that great expanse of an ocean Well done Abbeys Flowers More...

David saved my daughter's wedding. Our own DIY flower concept fell through, and with three days warning, David and his team saved us with stunning bouquets and corsages, and a fountain and arch concept that was just gorgeous. He followed our inspiration photos exactly, and asked a very reasonable price. The flowers were fresh and pristine and exactly what my daughter dreamed of. Have been giving them so much business! The owner David is so money hungry! He only cares about money and doesn't deliver ! He is rude and unprofessional.
