I typically groom my dog but had an injury that prevented me from being able to do so. I have a Rough Collie with a double coat, which takes a great deal of work to deshed/groom and I am quite picky😉. My dog is also a rescue dog and can be quite nervous around new people, so I was a little nervous myself about having anyone else groom him. Shelby did a great job with Sunny! I also appreciated the Grooming report that was sent after his appointment. Zoomin Groomin kept excellent communication from start to finish, which I appreciated also. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GROOMING SERVICE! I just got my dog groomed today and this is not what I asked for! She is a doodle and was given a cut for a different breed! I provided pictures to avoid any confusion and she totally disregarded my request! I will NEVER trust Zoomin Groomin again! I paid $150 to have my dog get a cut I did not ask for! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! This is not just about a haircut, I have to look at this until it grows back out! HER BEFORE AND AFTER JUST HORRIBLE! The last picture is what I asked for! NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE I PROVIDED!! UPDATE! All they offered to do was give us a $35 dollar discount. We don’t want it! Amazing experience! Our 1st time using a groomer for our Japanese Chin. I didn’t want all the hair gone but I know she needed it so we went with a fun lion cut for now. I have a cattledog/aussie mix, Gurdy, who tends to get a little nervous around other dogs barking a lot like they do at a Petsmart groomer. She hates the heat with all that thick fur, so I wanted to try this mobile groomer out after seeing their ad on Facebook to get my baby some relief from the heat. I couldn’t believe how quick they were able to get us on the schedule. Private groomers have taken me 2-3 months out for booking. And Petsmart takes about 3-4 hours with my girl when I take her there. So I’ll say, Zoomin Groomjn was quick to book us, very professional, very quick with grooming, and my girl seemed so relaxed and had the happy zoomies once she was done. She looks amazing and we will definitely be referring/recommending and using Zoomin Groomin only from now on!! You guys are truly amazing!!! More...

I’ve always been weary of getting my Aussie groomed because of horror stories from others but I decided to try this mobile grooming service and we loved it! Victoria was on time, worked swiftly and was very patient with my girl. She’s a very active breed and has lots of energy and she was great with her. I called Zoomin Groomin this week and they were able to get Cooper in today. Natalie arrived early to her appointment which I loved! She did so good with Cooper. He’s so soft, smells good, his ears are super clean, his nails look great and his cut is perfect. She cut him exactly like I requested.
