I was really looking forward to trying out Zoomin and Groomin, but unfortunately, the experience was soured by a significant and unexpected price change. When I booked the appointment, I was quoted $188. Later, they raised the price to $248 without notifying me. Thankfully, I asked and caught the change—otherwise, I would have been blindsided. This kind of pricing inconsistency feels dishonest. If you’re considering using their service, I highly recommend double and even triple checking the cost before your appointment to avoid surprises. Carissa is so caring. Carissa has groomed both of our dogs several times. They love her. Our little dog, Tater, passed away a few weeks ago. I let Carissa know so she could cancel his upcoming appointment. When Carissa showed up to groom Cooper, she had a sympathy for us. These guys are amazing! Carissa is great with Karl and that is quite a feat. Booking, payment and flexible scheduling makes it beyond easy to get your dog cleaned up and taken care of. I was more than pleased with Carissa‘s handling of my new rescue, Belle. Belle is grieving the loss of her owners and is very timid and scared and Carissa knew exactly what to do to make her comfortable. Awesome experience! Hours are very flexible and they showed up at a super convenient time. Prices were a pleasant surprise as well.
Karl can be a handful being an 80 pound puppy, but Carissa did great with him.
This was the perfect solution that we were looking for!

We absolutely loved the ladies that came out today!!! They took such great care of our older golden retriever with bad hips. They have the right equipment to help her stand and did just a sparkling job with her!! Several groomers would not groom her because they didn’t have the special harness needed for older dogs.
