We provide services online or remotely. To accomplish, this you will furnish with income source documents, e.g. W2s, 1099-NEC, 1099 B, 1099 INT, 1099 DIV etc., in order for us to give you an estimate of tax prep cost, you will also upload your prior year tax return, including a copy of your ID at a secured portal on our website. An Engagement Letter will be sent for your review and signature. This letter will include the fee agreed upon. The Return will be prepared, and a DRAFT uploaded for your review and approval on your personal secured portal that was created just for you. Upon your approval, the return will be completed and sent to you for e-file authorization. When we receive the signed authorization we will e-file your return to the taxing authorities. Once accepted you will get an acceptance notification from both authorities.
