House Cleaning:
The cleaning would be the following: We wash bed sheets, towels, and rugs. We clean the windows from the inside. We wash the windows from the outside. We make beds. We clean kitchens. We clean ovens and refrigerators inside and out. We clean the bathrooms. We clean ceiling fans. We will clean the inside of the kitchen cabinets. We will clean the inside of the bathroom cabinets. We will clean baseboards. We will organize the closets. We will clean/wash down your porch, terrace, balcony.

Office Cleaning:
These quotes are based on the prices that we have, based on the square feet provided. We provide all the materials needed to clean the offices and disinfect them, including garbage bags for the trash cans. We vacuum and mope all the offices and common areas, including the kitchens, bathrooms, closet rooms, etc. We also disinfect all the countertops, desks, and surfaces. The windows and mirrors are all cleaned by us. All the garbage cans are emptied, and new garbage bags are put in. The kitchen/bathroom areas are all thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. This is a general summary of what we do in the office cleanings, but we know that every client is different, so we always ask our clients what specifics they want. We must understand what each client wants related to details and specifics because while the expectations are ever the same, no job is the same. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

500-1000 Sq Ft: 0.40 cents per sq ft

1000-1500 Sq Ft: 0.35 cents per sq ft

1500-2000 Sq Ft: 0.30 cents per sq ft

2000-2500 Sq Ft: 0.25 cents per sq ft

2500-3000 Sq Ft: 0.20 cents per sq ft

3000-5000 Sq Ft: 0.16 cents per sq ft

5000-10000 Sq Ft: 0.14 cents per sq ft
