What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
At a Bar, it's easy, just the right style of music... At a Party, it's easy, just the right era of music for the age group... At a Wedding, it hard, you have so many generation to please... First generation to Please is the older generation, because they usually leave first, once the music, is not what they are use to hearing. So start with more oldies with some mix of songs froms other generation, that are close to same beat as the oldies, then move up a generation and play less oldies, then do it again for the next generation, then play whatever people are dancing to.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
With 30 plus years of being a Mobile DJ, I'm Laid Back, I enjoying reading the Crowd and trying to find, just the right Music to play to get them dancing... I'm not a DJ who talks a lot and try's to pep up the crowd... Most of the guest, are there for you and to hear the music, not the DJ...
What do you love most about your job?
Smiles and People having FUN... And the Look on their Face, when you play a Song they haven't heard in a long time...
What inspired you to start your own business?
Money like everyone else... But now it's mainly enjoying people having fun and being happy...
