I was going to call for my cats but the answers to the "bad reviews" were funny but ridiculous.. I know I know you do not need my business anyways lmao

She was wonderful and my lab loved her.

Very disappointed. Appointment scheduled, she called to let me know she had an emergency. We rescheduled. She did not show for the rescheduled time and when she did call she said she was on her way but in traffic. Called an hour and a half later to say she couldn't make it. She offered me something for tomorrow earlier in the day and I responded that no, I took my pet to work today to get groomed while I work and that tomorrow wouldn't work. When she called the final time I asked for that appointment for tomorrow as I saw I had no choice and was told there are no appointments available tomorrow. Go figure! An entire day lost! More...

I like to have heart attack when told me how much I owed for 2 dogs. She told me $80.00 on phone but it $80.00 each. I can’t afford that. She was nice and did a good job.

Actually the prices are cheaper than other Mobile Groomers..Thats the reason each customer are personally spoken too over the phone & given a price quote before hand.. Yes the Groomer is caring & takes the necessary amount of time needed/required for each fur baby...Next time utilize pet smart...We dont need this type of customer period..From Owner/Operator...Sharon.
