I live in Cheyenne. The person who used to cleaned our carpet before Covid had retired & moved to another state. We hadn’t had our carpet professionally cleaned in about 5 years. We finally called a local Cheyenne company, they were in and out in 30 minutes and left dirty spots in several places in the carpet through out the house. We paid before we noticed they didn’t clean well. We decided to call around and Voda had great reviews. Even though they are based in Fort Collins, It was well worth it! Jake and Noah did a AMAZING job on our carpets! They not only found a problem in our carpet where there was a ton of water trapped underneath, they extracted it out, got rid of the mildew stains and the smell in the room from it. They also cleaned all the spots the local carpet cleaning company left behind. They were so polite and professional. I had all the details from beginning to end and never had a worry about anything. Even the owner Jeremy was friendly. I’m so happy I called them as it seems the local companies just don’t care about providing excellent service. Voda provided the professional services I’ve expected from a company in business. They are my go to company to clean my carpets in Cheyenne from now on! Thank you for your professionalism and skill. DNA Pro Cleaning was easy to schedule and they arrived on time. The tech took me around the house with a blue light flashlight and showed me areas all over our carpet that had stains, most likely from our dog. I was so grossed out I included the spot treatment everywhere, in addition to the regular cleaning and the scotch guard. What the tech didn't tell me is that the cleaning would not remove the stain from the blue light flashlight, so it was possible these stain were already cleaned when I had my carpets cleaned 2 years prior. Had I'd known this information, I would have selected fewer rooms to spot clean. Additionally, we had an area rug cleaned and was brought back with stains not removed. We were told only upon delivery that because the rug was natural fibers, the stains would not be able to be removed. Had we'd known this information, I would not have spent the over $500 to have it cleaned. I do not believe this company was honest in their delivery of services and the whole blue light presentation was not communicated well. The carpets are cleaned, but there was a lot of money that I would not have spent on upgrades had this company been more transparent. More...

Out of all the stresses that come with home ownership having a sewage backup is the most horrible thing you can go through, especially right after the holidays. Mike and Lindsey at DNA Pro Cleaning & Restoration have not only made the family Christmas card list, but they are a business that understands the stress that ensues. From the minute they showed up at the door, I could tell that things were going to be ok. The cleanup was quick and thorough and just took the edge off the entire ordeal. DNA showed up and cleaned the wet floors, removed the affected drywall, and pulled up the tile floors to get all the water out. Then they turned on all the fans, dehumidifiers, and the air purifier so any smells that may have been present were systematically removed. Thanks are not enough and I will channel as much of the stress and relief I feel into making sure everyone I know has DNA Pro Cleaning as the go-to expert for these crises.
